Nice and simple caribou coffee cabin location. Drive through was great, fast and my drink came out fast. Would stop again!

Not all of my drinks are perfectly prepared. More than once they've forgotten my flavor-shot. That being said, I order A LOT of lattes from this location, and most the time they get it right. The thing about a caffeine addict like myself is that I'm not the perkiest person when I'm picking up my first coffee of the day and about to head to a job I hate, so when I take a sip and I don't taste what I was expecting and hoping for, I might have a bad reaction and take to Yelp in the heat of the moment to voice my disappointment. I left a poor review. But after thinking about it, I concluded that the occasional mistake in drink preparation does not warrant such a review. Over all this Caribou is solid. I've had plenty of delicious lattes...especially the MAPLE flavor lattes I enjoyed. The bagel breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg, and cheddar is delicious and keeps me full until lunchtime. And most importantly I think their management and employees really care and are trying their very best to please customers. read more

I love a good cuppa Joe..and I also like a girly fufu coffees too. I love Caribou but this drive thru seems to take forever. Tried the Ho Ho Mint Mocha today (over 360 calories for my sized mocha) which was worth every calorie! read more

We asked for warm hot chocolates (instead of hot) for our three small children. I tasted one to make sure it wasn't too hot and I badly burned my tongue. I'm just glad I didn't give that to my three year old! Then the employee forgot to give us our scone and poppyseed bread. Also, our caramel high rises tasted nothing like caramel and were definitely some form of mocha. So basically, there was something wrong with every aspect of our $38 order. We're extremely disappointed and will absolutely not be returning. read more

Caribou actually isn't my go-to coffee shop in the area as one of the other big chains feeds my addiction, but I do enjoy stopping in every once in awhile! Hopefully the cold brew has changed as when I used to get it, it was overly bitter and always had grounds in it. Other places did it better which is what drove me to those other places. I did recently get an iced americano and it was great! I used to get turtle mochas at Caribou and they are delicious but VERY sweet! They used to use snickers and now I notice that they do not any longer (what a bummer!). Finally I LOVE the hot caramel apple drink!! I can only handle a small one as it's also overly sweet, but it's definitely buttery/spiced to perfection. As for this location, they are always consistent with the drinks and super friendly service here! We have made it a tradition to bring my kids here before her first day of school! read more

worlds slowest drive through, it takes 20 min just for a caramel cooler. Most people who go in this drive through also don't know how to pull up all the way to let other people order like is it that hard holy shit. I love the coffee but it's not worth 20 min. read more

Horrible customer service. First time and last time here! Regular customer came in after us the barista started making his coffee ignored us. Fiancé sandwich was thrown into the bag causing it to dissemble, forgot my crafted press "because a fly was on the screen and she didn't see it" and my plain bagel with cream cheese was an issue also! I like Caribou Coffee, normally bring mostly in the northwest and north central United States They are a good alternative to Starbucks, though there drinks have more sugar in them which sometimes overtake that great expresso flavor. This caribou is the cheapest and most pathetic caribou I could ever patronize. I am so sick of asking for light ice and getting a cup full of ice. How hard is it? I have to go through the drive thru and then come all the way inside to sit and have them make my drink again properly. Why not just do it right the first time? Customer service is also severely lacking with the exception of one boy specifically who is super awesome and the manager seems ok as well but everyone else seems to have sticks up their butts. If you want to be disappointed with each and every visit then, by all means, come on in. Otherwise, stay away. read more

In town on a business trip and decided to get me a Green Tea Lemonade at this Caribou location on 7/27/18 around 2:25pm. The female staff with her hair braided back in a single braid who processed my order was rather rude and lacking in good customer service. Her tone of voice and overall attitude was of someone who was either not interested to be at work or did not care about the importance of customer service. She had a distant, distracted, disinterested, and zombie-like disposition. Definitely not coming to this location again nor am I recommends it to friends and family. read more

This is a nice Caribou that is tucked at the end of a strip mall. What I appreciate, however, is that they have a couple of ceramic mugs set aside if you are staying. This Caribou location has been kind of neglected. It wasn't even listed in Yelp until just recently and yet it's been one of my regular Caribou places for years. I usually go inside to order this espresso concoction that's guaranteed to have me very wide awake in a very short time. And often I am in and out quicker than if I'd used the drive thru. They've got all the variations of coffees and teas and a bunch of other drinks I haven't gotten around to yet. And a good selection of pastries, cookies, bars and other temptations that I give in to from time to time. Free WiFi. Plenty of tables, chairs, couches and lamps. Very inviting to just relax and enjoy your drink or plunk away on your laptop or cellphone. Give them a try. Friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Good drinks and snacks. Comfortable chairs. Great customer service! I have a complicated drink, and the workers are always happy to make it work somehow. Did have a slow experience with a (new) worker who didn't seem to know how to get my friend a hot tea...thankfully the supervisor came to her rescue. If you get someone who's worked here a while, they know all the regulars and have their drinks memorized. Always fun to feel like people actually know each other at a coffee shop. Brewed coffee is much better than Starbucks! It always tastes fresh. read more

Slowest drive thru ever. Consistently slow and backed up. Coffee is as good as any other caribou if you survive the wait

Up until a few years ago my mother was a regular at this coffee shop. Everyone who worked here at the time was so awesome. My mother always ordered a special drink so the employers named the drink "Judychina." I don't remember what was in the drink. Big caribou fan. Now hating the Lino lakes location. I went to get my usual fix of coffee this morning but decided to bring my dog. On the way there she puked. And my husband wouldn't stop calling me so I got to the parking lot right before the drive thru started and quick pulled to the side. Where I called him back and was trying to figure the mess out real fast! When a caribou employee walks out to me and asks me to leave. Says people are complaining. I will tell you, not one person came up behind me to go to the drive thru in the less then 5 mins I was sitting there. So REALLY? I think that's pretty RUDE guy. Hey caribou Lino lakes management.
