They almost always find it necessary to tell me how they "just received" my order and it's not ready yet, sometimes even going as far to say they may have me circle around again. I'm aware that my order may not be ready when I pull up to the speaker, but by the time I get to the window after they serve the 3-4 cars in front of me, it should at least be close.
