Once again I ordered a frozen custard flavor of the day and was missing one of the ingredients. This has happened before. I had a curbside pick up but after 10 minutes of waiting I went inside to pick up my order. The trash cans outside were overflowing and same thing inside. Ordered their new Colby jack cheeseburger, asked for bacon to be added. They forgot the bacon, and there was barely any sauce on the burger. Went I went up and told them they forgot my bacon, the shift lead said it would be $2 extra. I showed her my receipt and explained that I already paid for bacon. She grabbed my receipt, looked at it, huffed at me and turned around to tell the kitchen. She then turned back around, handed me 2 pieces of bacon, rolled her eyes at me, and turned back around and walked away. She didn't say a word... not a thank you, no apology for the mistake, didn't even offer to remake it (don't resturants usually remake food... not just hand someone whatever part of the burger that was missing?). I get mistakes happen, but to not even acknowledge the mistake or apologize? read more

We dined in and the wait was over 30m, while people in the drive thru were getting their food in less than 10m. They said they were working on orders as they came, but the time on the drive thru screens proved different. Very frustrating and not worth the wait. read more

We went and got some famous Culver's custard! We expected the best, but didn't quite get it. The small concrete mixer had about as much custard in it as I would expect to be in the mini size. I got Oreos in it and only the top half actually had Oreos in it. Custard was still good, but the lack of effort put into making the mixer was very disappointing. read more

Culvers is your average fast food burger place. The burgers and other stuff are all ok. The prime rib sandwich is particularly good. Where culvers shines is the cement mixers and shakes. Real ice cream and a lot of choices for toppings makes them frickin awesome. read more

Avoid the poor quality factory animal raised food from Culvers. I tried the chicken tenders last time, and had to throw them away as I did with other food orders in the past. The chicken tasted like dried, compressed, ground meal, and breading tasted like freezer burn. Their mixers and shakes are good, along with the service, affording the 2 stars. read more

Me and my boyfriend go there a couple times a month and we have never had a bad experience. We love going to this culvers. The owner should be proud of his resteraunt. We are very picky people, but every time we go there they always get our order right. And they are very very friendly. Highly recommend this culvers. Also very clean too!!! I love the food but was very disappointed in seeing one of the employees being very rude to one of the customers near me. I believe her name was Megan but I know she had brown hair and looked to be very young. She was making some rude gestures to the table near me and I saw her roll her eyes as she walked away which made the over all experience horrible. I don't know if I'll be returning considering the rude employee. read more
