The space itself is in a building with other tenants, so it's not super easy to dee from the street. Just look for the sign on the outside of the door. There are some fun specials on the menu, including a marzapan latte, choco banana latte and cold foam, and its signature cajeta, which is a Mexican caramel sauce. O decided to try the choco banana cold foam cold brew. It was very good, but I would have liked a little more cold foam. They also have a limited menu, with some breakfast burritos and sandwiches. I would definitely recommend coming in to Cajeta!

I got a Hug in a Mug, which was kind of a mocha with cinnamon, and it was very yummy; I'd get that again. It seems like if all of these customers were to try cramming themselves into a normal-size cafe, it would be very loud and bustling. But since this is a big building, the vibes are a litte cozier even if there are lots of chatting people in there. I like it. They also have multiple tea options and some sandwiches, and even pizza, in addition to a normal baked goods case (apparently stocked by Patisserie 46 and Cardigan Donuts). They also have pottery prominently advertised, and although I didn't spot very much of that, what I did see looked really cute. I might consider one of those mugs to give as a gift some day, but I will for sure return for the coffee and to try some of their other offerings.

Today, this employee was overwhelming deserving of a shout out. Going for a quick coffee run before work at the Starbucks in target, I was blown away, absolutely blown away by Ajah (I think I spelled her name correctly, forgive me if not). Ajah crushed it in all aspects of Starbucks duties. Not only did she take orders, make all the drinks, warm up all the food, clean the utensils, know other customers by name, but she also apologized and thanked me for my patience for my wait time which was not long at all. Heck, she mopped the floors, put away carts, and I'm pretty sure she was going to use her lunch break to walk the Target dog that's in their advertisements. She was tremendous and the other patrons thought so as well. As she finished up a customers drink she offered up a better way to mix in something and the customer said and I quote, "you are amazing!" Indeed she was amazing. It should be noted that when I paid, I asked her if I could leave a tip as here wasn't an option. She politely explained that she couldn't accept tips which is bananas on so many levels. Like, she was that phenomenal of an employee going above and beyond...for no tips? That is unbelievable of her and she clearly deserves a raise. My only hope is that I can be as efficient and skillful as her one day and perhaps, get better reviews for myself. Regardless, she made it evident today that she is an incredible employee and this was the best Starbucks experience ever. My drink was good. 5/5.

There was one car ahead of me who to chose to linger for awhile while they chatted with one of the staff working inside making plans and discussing what time she got off. I wasn't in a huge hurry, but not sure the others behind me felt the same way. Young man taking our order was very friendly. Ordered pink drink which was said to be delicious along with a pineapple passionfruit lemonade. My gosh it was good! Refreshing tasty and quenched the thirst. The cold drinks- sign me up! Drive thru is always busy at this location as I have driven by many a time and seen the line snaked around the building. I guess I lucked out.
