My sister in law who is visiting from overseas and I went to the store last Friday. We were the only customers there. We picked 4 full-priced items totalling about $1600. We know there is a 20% off coupon per person per day on the coupon book. So we asked the store clerk if we could get discount for all 4 pieces if we bought 4 coupon books. She said yes. So, we went all the way to the information center and bought 4 coupon books. When we came back, the store manager was there and she said we could only buy 2 items with 2 coupons, each coupon per person. I told her that her employee said yes to us already that was why we went all the way to get the coupon books. If her employee said yes, she should honor it. If her employee couldn't make the decision, then she could've consulted with the manager before putting us through so much trouble in getting the coupon books. Instead, the manager bluntly said that if we didn't it, we could leave. We were so disgusted by her and we left of course emtpy handed. We went to the information center and the clerk there was kind and helpful enough to refund us the money for the coupon books after her manager's approval. Then we went to the Disney store almost right next door. We had similar situation but a totally different experience. The clerk on the floor told us that one of the items were 50% off but when the clerk at the counter ran it, it was only 30% off. So she called for the store manager and the manager said that if her employee said it was 50% off, then she would honor it. What a comparison! I am not quite sure if the store owner of St John Atlantic City would be able to see this review but if he/she does see it, he/she should seriously consider finding another person for the store manager position. He/she does not know how many people were turned away because of her and how much revenue he/she could've earned. She is not worth the money you are paying her although she may have a deceiving appearance, trust me on that!!!

"Web Feet" is situated on the water in Historic Gardners Basin, Atlantic City, N.J. The clothing items, artful bags, necklaces & sunglasses are as unique & delightful as the store & it's owner, Dotty Webb. On my next trip to AC I will be certain to visit "Web Feet Beach Boutique".
