For whatever the reason they did not have this and I was told by Sani the manager, owner since May 1st, that 24K deep moisturizer is same, it's a new name, then he proceed to sell it to me for $118 but I was not convinced that these two are the same product. Anyways later I found out online that 24K deep moisturizer is $88. I am glad I didn't buy it. I did purchase a 24k multivitamin day and I feel like it's almost already empty, been using it only for one week. I hope I'm wrong! This jar is a pump and I can't see inside the jar. I will wait and see. I think now on if I ever want to purchase orogold, will only order online, like from Amazon, I won't frequent their store locations anymore. I called 877-554-1777 and two NYC store locations for couple of simple questions but all their answers are different and when I try to ask more questions, they just told me to come to the store. Specially the 877 number I called I don't know what kind of customer service that is but she did not know much, just told me best I go to one of the locations.

I went in to get a haircut and was charged for a whole other service behind my back. I first went…read morein and was getting my hair washed ( my hair was a little oily and my scalp tends to be dry so it had flakes in it) she said she added clarifying shampoo and I didn't think much of. Mind you I booked it under just a haircut which includes a blow dry. I get the receipt and it's $50 more than I expected. We see listed signature haircut and blowout when I specifically did not ask for that. The hairdresser claimed because of the shampooing and she did a "blowout" that she added that service. I get my hair is thick but I would have been fine if she left it untamed if it meant not getting charged a service I didn't ask for. This was very unprofessional. If I'm going to be charged for something I would at least like to know while in the process of getting my haircut. The hairdressers name was Sheria so be careful if you do book with her.

There are only 5 people allowed in the store at a time, as it is a small store, and it was at full capacity while we were there. She was so nice, handed us some samples of fragrances while we waited. We were the last customers in the store, and she was very patient and genuine with how she serviced us. The next day we went back in to pick up my bf, a cologne, Aleís, serviced us. He listened to what I wanted, made us laugh, and we ended up walking out with a free perfume under the deal they were running. They were both really great!! I followed many local permanent makeup artists on social media and I was truly impressed with Stevi's before/after photos. Her website was organized, detailed, and explained the process from before/after care to how to book. I was also happy to support a local, female-owned business. The price point was more than fair. I paid $600 for my powder brow session and tipped 20% (This was my choice, not required, but I believe tipping 20% or more is the norm for excellent service! Similar to what you would tip at a tattoo shop.). My follow-up visit 6 weeks later was included for no additional charge. Again, I tipped because I appreciate the artist's time and attention to detail. The salon is well decorated, spotless, in a very secure location, and all Covid precautions are followed. Stevi knows what she's doing and she was able to reassure me when I was hesitant about my brow look. I wanted to go conservative. But those fears were long gone as I saw how my brows healed. In my follow-up, I was ready to go for more, more, more! The color is perfection and blends well with my skin-tone and hair color. I don't know how but she created a look that I could never, ever achieve with makeup. No pencil, powder, or gel regardless of brand or shade has ever given me this type of natural, well shaped brow.
