We are no longer in a pandemic. I have been able to reach the pharmacy with no issues for years before 2020. I don't mind waiting on hold, I need to talk to a person to confirm my medications are being seen properly. I work two jobs and do not have the time to go back and forth to the pharmacy to receive the medication I'm running out of.
