This daycare is beyond amazing. My daughter started going here at the end of last summer and she absolutely loves it! The teachers are wonderful and you can tell they genuinely care about the children. Especially Mrs. Terri, my daughter really loves her! The curriculum is excellent and lessons change twice a month so our children learn all kinds of things! I'm always so surprised at the things my daughter has learned from daycare when she comes home. From knowledge of basic English to teaching them basic Spanish and sign language. I could never choose a better daycare to send my daughter to. All the ones I've enrolled her in, in the past have been beyond terrible compared to Caring Friends! My daughter has learned a lot of structure and manners from here. This is by FAR the best child care that I have used. I wish I had found them when my older son was in daycare. We have attended for 3 years, and there has never been a day when I have not been greeted with a warm welcome. I love how the teachers interact with the children as individuals, knowing that each child has their own personality. I think the food is outstanding, my son loves every meal he has ever been served, and is exposed to many new menu items. The curriculum is very expansive and well organized. Both inside and outside play and learning ares are always clean and in good condition. I feel that Caring Friends has truly helped my son grow from a tearful clinger that wanted to stay with mom all day to a curious, independent child that is extremely well prepared intellectually and emotionally for kindergarten in the fall. My son started here when he was 3 and he is now 13. We loved it so much that my daughter goes here now. She is in school but returns every summer. They have a great program and really ensure that your child is prepared for kindergarten. My kids would come home and tell me what they learned that day and I would just be in awe at the curriculum they are teaching. I really enjoy that they incorporate so many different things....yoga/health, government, reading, etc. One of my favorite things is that they aren't so regimented that they miss out on having fun. If its pretty outside, they take advantage of it. They go out and play or they will do their lessons outside. I could never pick a better place for my kids. There are fancier places in Evansville but this place doesn't just take care of your child, they actually care about your child! read more

A working mom has such challenges and so many things to manage and worry about. I feel beyond blessed to have found Caring Friends and enrolled my son because I don't worry about his care and development while he is at day care. The teachers are loving, organized, and welcoming. My son has a food allergy and I can say I truly trust that they are making sure his needs are met and I know he is safe. Caring friends daycare has been such a blessing! My daughter attended from the time she was of age until she started Kindergarten and I truly believe caring friends is what jump started her success in school.
