BAMBINO'S CHILDCARE & LEARNING CENTER

BAMBINO'S CHILDCARE & LEARNING CENTER

Great daycare / learning center. They have great routines for all ages. My 3yr old has grown so…read moremuch and loves her teacher.

Bambinos was an okay daycare when my stepson first started. He started going to this daycare when…read morehe was about a year and a half. They did not complain about him then, other than when he was sick. He turned 2 and they didn't have much to say about him then. When he turned 3, they were telling us how we needed to get him checked for ADHA and for autism. Anyone that is smart would know that you cannot diagnose a kid that is ONLY 3 years is too young to tell if he/she is autistic. Our doctor even told us that. Well, he was showing out there, yes, but he kept coming home saying "mom they're stepping on my neck". He also kept saying "mom I don't want to go to daycare". He has never told us that before. They suspended him for 2 days, and we just took him out of there. They're very unprofessional, I know they were doing something to him, and they showed favoritism. They also called my stepson a kid from the street, but in Spanish. He is differently not from the street. He's a kid being a kid. Even if he is autistic, he shouldn't be treated any differently! He's still human, and again a kid. They're rude. I would NOT recommend anyone this daycare. They only care for the money. They do not deserve a star, or even half. Also, my stepson is Puerto Rican. He is very smart and was on the road of learning Spanish. He had to go to Puerto Rico for the summer, and they told us that they'd hold his spot if we kept paying them monthly as if he never left. After the suspended him, they told us that they couldn't hold his spot anymore. Everything that he was learning was from the kids that were in there with him. They never suspended them because the little boy was related to one of them. I know they were secretly doing something to him because he was acting out there and at home. He was crying telling us that he didn't want to go to daycare. My baby got depressed going there. Obviously when a kid is showing different signs and emotions, believe them. This daycare wore my stepson out. Y'all suck!

I was a little skeptical about enrolling my daughter here after reading the reviews, but my…read moredaughter has been going here for about 4 months and so far, my daughter and I absolutely love this daycare! Not only is it affordable and fits in our budget, but the people there are amazing. The Directors, Miss Vanity and Miss Perez are so helpful and informative and my baby loves them as well as her teachers, Miss Yolanda and Miss Oneyda. Those are only a few to name, all the teachers are amazing! The only thing I don't like is that my baby has been getting sick a lot since she's been going here, but with her immune system being so new, I'm sure that'll be the case at any daycare. Overall, I would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone, but as amazing as this place is, good luck getting in!

I wanted to express my concerns regarding the disenrollment of my 6 month year old son. I received…read morethis disenrollment letter on October 27, 2022, which was typed on October 25, 2022 and given untill 31 October 22 to find another childcare. The reason for the disenrollment is unacceptable as you can see in the letter signed by Vanity Hodges(Ms). Per her correspondence not meeting my expectation per their policy and procedures. This is not a valid reason to disenrollment my 6 month child nothing in their parent handbook stated I violated their policy and procedure as a parent. I had a follow-up meeting with Vanity Hodges the director and her statement was that I don't trust her Teachers and I am always calling questioning certain things. As any parent that has concerns about certain things with their child is no reason for anyone child to be disenrolled. I am a new parent never had a child before still trying to figure this mother life out and also my husband is currently deployed and I have no family here to keep my son while I work. The administrative staff or should I say Vanity Hodges was well aware of my situation.  I found it unacceptable to give any parent two days to find a childcare, when childcare facilities are all packed out. This childcare is unprofessional and reflects poorly management on the Director and founder of The School AT Children's Tree House.  I think they need to redefine their policies and procedures based on facts. I would recommend to any parent not to enroll their child here who are really concerned about their child and may have questions.  This facility is hiding something deeper and don't want to be questioned.  [  ]

First, nobody greets you or acknowledges you anytime we went in nor did they introduce the teacher…read moreor other staff at all. Second, I watched the DIRECTOR, Megan, threaten to call one the kids parents and then proceeds to "call" mom and says to a FOUR year old "ok that's it I'm calling mom".. (all while the director made eye contact with me and then turned around with no acknowledgement). Third, I watched another teacher say stop it through their teeth to a child. Fourth, they told us to bring our own mat or purchase one from them... the mat we "purchased" was used by 2 other kids (you could see sharpie mark outs) and it was all torn. Also, they charge $15 supply fee monthly, random "fees" and don't provide lunch or snacks. I asked at least 4 times how my child was doing and all they said was "good". I never knew if she was eating her lunch, adjusting well, or anything. They communicated with a paper at the podium. and when I say nobody greeted us I don't expect a full conversation just a head nod, hello, a wave, anything. We went for 2 months part time and was never acknowledged AT ALL. So awful. The kids do not respect the teachers and from observation, I would say it is because the teachers and directors do not respect them or the parents. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

She has learned so much, and is smarter, stronger, and more thoughtful each day! She loves the weekly Chapel, and the curriculum! We wished we could stay here forever! The staff is so amazing, they truly love our kiddos, and recognized each of thier gifts and learning abilities. Thank you for teaching our daughter and loving her so much!
