I loved working with the kids/babies, but the management is terrible & hard to work with! They are…read moremoney hungry & have no consideration for anyone but themselves. Mrs. Sherry is VERY rude & unprofessional, especially when it comes to having a simple conversation with employees. She talks to her employees like they owe her something, and her tone & attitude are so unprofessional she'll sit there & talk to you like you're her child & you don't mean anything even in front of the kids, & I told her sister Mrs. Marget last week I was going to quit if she kept on. Her sister was talking me out of it because I work really well with the kids, and they love me. I'm pretty sure they had a talk, & that's when she started being somewhat nice for A WEEK & went back to being her normal self, so yesterday when I got back from break, she was being so rude, & usually I work around it & ignore her, but I couldn't take it anymore. I finally stood up for myself, and she did not like that and told me to leave, so I did exactly that. Good luck working here & bless those kids! wrote on 2/25/26 I'm pretty sure they reported my Google review; they also cut my last paycheck short & gave me $400 in cash when I was supposed to receive direct deposit.

This daycare will care for your kids. It's family-operated and Christian-based. Don't expect…read moreeverything to be perfect; you'll need to watch your own child for that. I can tell you they address some key concerns for me as a grandma. They genuinely care for the children and feed them good food. That was my top priority in choosing a daycare. Next, they help with potty training and they also teach the kids. One standout teacher who has been there forever, loving these kids, is Ms. Me-me. She is a wonderful teacher. I could go on and on about this place, but the bottom line is: check them out.

I cannot believe I found such an amazing school for my daughter to attend! I heard noting but great…read morethings about how not only does this school teach your child about the Bible, but everything else KISD does! I also heard from multiple co-workers that since they did not qualify for the pre-k program at Killeen isd, they decided to place their little one in Memorial Christian Academies accredited pre-k class and seen instant learning as a result. Some of my co-workers decided to keep their children at Memorial all the way through high school, while others stated they enrolled their child in KISD for whatever reason. On both cases every single child was advanced by multiple years. With smaller class room and a curriculum like A Beka your child will be so far ahead of the curve. I am so blessed and honored to have my daughter attend Memorial and and truly thankful for the faculty and staff that help shape and mold my daughter each and everyday!

I was super excited to…read morefinally have found a school where my children were able to come in a safe and academic forum. The administration changed about 2 years ago and it is sad how the school has declined in it's Christian value base. Teachers are selected off of craigs list to fill a position rather than selecting good quality staff to teach our children. The administration is more of a dictatorship than a collaborative teaching environment. When administration gets questioned the children become the victims. It is heartbreaking to watch. The staff is intimidated to the point where they don't speak up and the frustrations become evident in the classrooms. Political agendas, immigration viewpoints and even biblical challenges have found their way into the curriculum. I have talked to some of the other parents and they feel the same. Unfortunately most will not speak up publicly but it I think it is my duty as a parent and Christian to ensure that the truth is brought to light and the children left there are defended. Please do not bring your child here... it's not about the money, it is about the moral compass of the integrity of the school. If you are a current parent, please speak up... the children are counting on you. If you are looking to enroll... look deep, you will find this is not the place to keep your most precious possession safe. God Bless.

Part of the founders and board have children that attend the school and I believe they are wholeheartedly invested in the future and direction of the Montessori. We feel so fortunate to have our daughter attending this Montessori, preparing her for life. The garden is lovely, the school setting is unique, it's also a small student to teacher ratio.

She asks to help me around the house (cooking, making her own lunch, sweeping, mopping, cleaning mirrors, watering plants, taking care of her dog and fish) At Salado Montessori, they learn through physically getting involved in the activity at hand,(everyday fundamentals like washing hands, getting dressed (my daughter learned to tie her shoes in a day), motor skills like opening and closing boxes and organizing blocks based on size, music (beat, tone, instruments), sounding out words, addition and subtraction, days of the week). She wakes up and gets dressed on her own, brushes her own teeth and takes pride in it all because it gives her a sense of accomplishment. This school is teaching her how to learn, not what to learn. Salado Montessori has created an amazing community, parents willingly volunteer their time. They periodically have volutuneer days, where the parents and children can be a part of bettering the school together (i.e.planting gardens, reorganizing the classroom). The teacher, Ms. Webb for lack of a better word, is AMAZING! She is patient, observes well and interacts without hindering the learning process. She is organized, happy and cares deeply for each individual child. She allows parents to observe the learning process throughout the school year and meets with us one on one to discuss the growth of our child. She gives ideas to me about how I can continue to foster growth throughout the home and how to speak to my daughter to further her own excitement about learning. I truly believe Ms. Webb helps my individual child grow in every aspect of her life, and is not just a teacher filling a time slot during the school day. Also, this school was one of the only schools around that allowed for a half day, full day, and before and after child care programs. I can not say enough good things about this school.
