I retired with 21 years and multiple deployments in the early 2000's. My initial impression was very positive with this provider. Recently though, they took a right turn and have denied me care. I had an appointment earlier last month, the paperwork was never received by the VA, so I left a voicemail and left an email (they never answer the phone by the way). I ended up speaking to the gentleman at the front desk and he was very short, defensive, even though the entire conversation I was on his side. "I'm sure it's most likely an issue with their system not y'all's, I'll get the VA to resend the addendums". For the record that is the first and only time I spoke with a human at this office. I've never seen a doctor's office that NEVER answers the phone or regular business hours. The google sign may say open but they WILL not answer the phone and unless you have an appointment they won't be there. The care quality given here is minimal after this experience while the type of care only seems to get them paid by the VA as a subcontractor. Now I'm being told that they are refusing to see me because I harassed them - in reality all I did was ask for help finishing the medical process from retirement. This practice is coming off as one that bottom feeds off the needs of service members without following through with the paperwork. This has been a 2 year process with the VA and now my packet starts over. Thank you for wasting my time. Shame on you
