I am writing this negative review because I had an unpleasant experience with Mr. Loveland. I am a…read moreprevious client of Mr. Lovelands and had a will made by him a few years ago. I was attempting to update it. I called and spoke to his office staff a month ago who sent me the paperwork to fill out along with the protocol in updating my will. When I called the office last week to complete the next step of the process, I was told by Mary, the receptionist, that I needed to scan the filled out paperwork and send it to the office. I was told the paperwork would be reviewed and I would then need to schedule an appointment with my wife and Mr. Loveland to finalize the paperwork. I requested an appointment after 4pm when my wife would get off work and be available and was told by Mary that Mr. Loveland only worked till 2pm everyday. I told her we would not be able to do that and asked if Mr. Loveland would call me and we could discuss appointment times. I did not hear from Mr. Loveland for a couple days so I emailed him explaining to him I was a prior client of his updating my will requesting a later appointment time around 4pm to see if he could schedule me. His response via email was and I quote "FIND ANOTHER ATTORNEY". I was shocked with the bluntness and rudeness of his response. I am unsure if this is abandonment or not but it was very frustrating and insulting to me that he was so bothered and inflexible to accommodate or at least speak to me or offer me other options, especially since I was a previous client. I guess he does not need the business and I would not recommend him or ever use his services in the future. Thank you, Steve

I'm a pharmacist I know).They don't bathe her like they should or make her brush her teeth and keep giving her sugar and crap instead of nutritious meals.Wonder why she eats like a horse when I go to visit her.Quit sitting on your asses and do your job or find another.What the hell is this company hiring? En Su Casa has been a life-saver for my parents, one of whom is 75-years-old and has limited…read moremobility, and the other is 80-years-old. The En-Su-Casa caregiver has worked with my parents for nearly two years. She has helped keep my parents' home clean and prepares nutritious meals for them as well. She also accompanies my parents to doctor's appointments and errands. And she only is with them a total of about 20 hours a week! The caregiver isn't the only great thing about En Su Casa. The staff is professional, resourceful, and communicative. At the onset of our working with them, they provided us all of the information that we needed to be able to choose them among other service provides. And since then, they are always available to us, especially during emergencies. Because of En Su Casa, my parents have been able to stay in their home and not go into an assisted living facility. Though, when it is time for that transition, I trust En Su Casa to provide me with counsel. The staff know the business, and I trust them. I'll add that it took a few caregivers to find the right fit--a total of three--but even those individuals who ended up not staying with my parents acted in a professional manner.
