They showed up early, (super impressive), worked their BUTTS off on a hot July day and absolutely blew our expectations out of the water. We grossly underestimated how much we had to move and ended up needing to rent an additional U-Haul truck the day of our move. (Totally our fault). These guys pitched in and helped in more ways than I could ever list. They remained calm, positive, enthusiastic, and were extremely professional and respectful. "Oh, it's on it's way", "Oh, it's actually at our office", "Oh, I'll ship it UPS", "Oh, no I don't have a tracking number, call me in 7 days", "Oh, no I'm still on the road, call me in another 7 days". On and on.. I believe they either destroyed my $700. table or have stolen it. I have filed a case with the Eau Claire Better Business Bureau and am preparing Small Claims paperwork, which will require me to fly across the country to sue this BEYOND DISHONEST company.

Some of the breakdown was in communication, for example, I booked the move and then a week later was contacted to see when I was going to book for, and it turned out my appointment had been deleted. I had already sent the deposit. There also was miscommunication on times, I was told it would be 4 guys for 4 hours to load me up, but instead it was 2 guys for 8 hours. This makes planning difficult. Last, I went with the company because it was pointed out that although it is about $500 more than hiring one team to load a semi (U-Pack) and then have a different team unload, all of the liability was on the one team. Well, that's fine, but then something should have been done about the damages that happened in the process. My freezer had a dent and scratch, my nightstand was broken and another folding table had a dent in it. I didn't even get an apology or a call to make it right. I would have been better off saving the $500 as there was nothing done regarding the "all the liability is on us" approach.

I am not sure I believe it because I was not told about it until the truck arrived a day late .They don't even have their own fleet of trucks . I was charged for boxes I purchased myself and charged twice for the move . I did contact them several times in regards to the issues that I had to no avail but they claimed to refund some of the cost and I never saw a refund applied to my payment which was debited from my account before the move was completed and again afterwards. I would NEVER use this company again or recommend them to anyone even my worst enemy. I would have given a minus 10 rating on this but this was not an option
