Stephanie, Jenn, and the entire team at Tri-State Estate Specialists were absolutely outstanding in…read moreconducting the estate sale at our parents' home -- the home they built and lovingly lived in since 1959. This was an incredibly emotional process for our family, and they handled every detail with such professionalism, compassion, kindness, and respect. Their organization, communication, and expertise made a very difficult time so much easier for us. We are truly grateful for the care they showed not only to the home and belongings, but to our family as well. We highly recommend Tri-State Estate Specialists to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and compassionate estate sale team.

I can't recommend Stephanie and her team at Tristate Estate Sales highly enough. From the moment I…read morefirst reached out, Stephanie took the time to understand my situation and walk me through the estate sale process with care and clarity. My mom was moving to assisted living, and after a year, we made the decision to sell her house and most of her belongings. Stephanie visited the home early on, offered thoughtful guidance, and gave me complete confidence that her team could handle everything--especially important since I don't live nearby. In the weeks leading up to the sale, they handled all the setup, photography, and logistics with professionalism and efficiency. The sale itself was a success, and they made clean-up seamless--we ended the weekend with an empty house, fully ready for the market. If you're looking for a partner to guide you through what can be an emotional and overwhelming process, Stephanie and her team are the ones to call.

Use a different realty company, period. I am in the market to purchase a home. I have called Nasser…read moreReal Estate about several of the properties they have listed since my search has begun. The first time I called no one answered the phone I left a voicemail. So I called the "agent number" I was never called back from either. The Second time I called about a different property a man answered the phone and advised all of the actual agents were elsewhere but he could send me to the voicemail of one of the agents. I again left a message, again was never called back and the house was sold before I could look at it or find any additional information about it. The third and most recent time I called a man answered and transferred me to an agent Tim. The agent initially began to set up an appointment for me to look at the property then backpedaled and asked me if I was prequalified. I told him I was through one of the online loan agencies he then told me I should go to my bank and get an approval. That if I went today I might be able to get prequalified from my bank and once I was approved to call him back. When I asked him point blank he said "Yes he was telling me he would not show me the property unless I had a direct approval from my bank!" And so in my experience overall Nasser Real Estate sucks and I know I personally would rather pay someone who isn't going to be a jerk. Because when you are buying or selling a home ultimately you are in fact paying them the realty company gets roughly 3% from the sale & seller the Agent also gets 3% unless a lower percentage is negotiated and if you buy the home from the listing agent they are the they also get the selling agents fee. I would not hire these people. There are approximately 3000 listings in the area and they are not going out of their way to sell them!
