I had nothing but bad experience with Carizma. The 2016 Nissan Versa i bought should have went to the CRUSHER!!! The car stopped running on I-27 towed to their shop, it sat for over a.month didn't even look at it. Diagnosed electrical issues. I was charged an additional $370 on top of the car payment. Got it back ignition coil went out, thought they put new ones in, think again?? WRONG ANSWER. Scanned it and miss in #4 plug. I took the coil off in 4 pieces. Then damn headgasket leaked in #2 & #4 cylinders. Not taking it to them so they can screw me over some more. I want to get another car but I'm taking my business somewhere else. They can come get there car. So my advice to everyone is STAY AWAY FROM CARIZMA. read more

When you take the car back to them it's not I'm sorry for your troubles they make you feel like they're doing you a favor only too have to take the car back in two weeks with them taking three weeks to begin to work on it. Beware of this business, as they offer vehicles that are poorly maintained for monthly prices comparable to that of a luxury vehicle for horrible customer service and unprofessional business practices. My partner was sold a 2012 VW Passat in early 2020 that ended up being in the shop for a total of a month and a half less than one year after purchasing. The mechanic (at a VW dealership shop, no less) said these issues were due to poor maintenance prior to our purchase and that they were waiting on a few tools to run addition diagnostic tests to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. We decided to return the vehicle as it was no longer worth the money we were paying on it (~$500/month) if the vehicle was just going to be in the shop every other week. Carizma has an agreement where they deduce the amount they resell the vehicle for from your balance, so it's essentially a contract buyout business model (yet, they count a returned vehicle as a "reposession" despite reselling the car and giving the customer the credit). Debbie, the financial advisor at Carizma, was completely disrespectful and threatened us when we told her that we returned the car directly to their lot because we no longer wanted the vehicle. She interrogated us and deduced our explanation to "giving her the runaround" and was extremely aggressive toward us and ended our phone call by saying "Obviously you don't care, have a good day". This is extremely unprofessional and not up to the auto industry standard I then looked at their Facebook page and saw that they had exposed an entire person's financial situation to negate the customer's poor review during the beginning of a pandemic where we saw record unemployment rates. This is an absolutely horrible and unprofessional business, and it's embarrassing that they have to employ this type of predatory business model to make money. Run! Worst place to buy a vehicle, tried to help a family member purchase a car here that had some financial hardship. Explained to the sales rep the problems and told us they could help. Rep said to pick out a few cars and then let her know which ones they liked, they narrowed down 2. Vehicle #1 was a 2017 Hyundai Elantra 144,446 miles $1000 down $650 dollar payments total price $28000!!!! 2nd vehicle was a 2014 Chevy Impala 109,000 miles, $1000 down 350 a month total price 22000. Crazy thing was this was a 2 day process, manager lost the first set of paperwork, paperwork was restarted, then they changed the price on the second vehicle, so instead of 350 a month it was now 490 a month total cost 25,000. 1st vehicle was $750 and now 30,000!!! They were so rude, we just left and took our business to Frank Brown. Got my family member in a 2019 Hyundai with $500 down and 350 monthly payment. Thank you Frank Brown!!! read more

They are selling financing not cars. They advertise cars then when you go to the lot not only do they say the car is sold they also deny having any vehicle in the relative price range of the car you came to see. Their online inventory bares absolutely no relation to their actual inventory. Then they play the "it's at the other lot game" but will not call the other lot to confirm. I had cash to pay. When I said that the salesman, who didn't come out of the office until after I was in my car ready to leave after being there 10 minutes trying to find the cars advertised, basically said they have nothing in my price range. There were over 20 cars advertised in my price range which is why I went there. If you want to buy a finance contract Carizma is your place. If you want to buy a car go somewhere else. read more

Terrible business. They sold me a car that failed inspection and when I bought the car it had many issues. They assured me that all issues would be resolved. Months later my car has been in the shop three different times. This last time they informed me to send it to an outside shop to get checked. Once the issued was found and an estimate was made and Carizma then informed me that I would have to pay for the issue to be fixed since it didn't fall under warranty even though it was an issue i purchased the car with. The receptionist tried to claim it was a complete different issue than the first two times even the datlons explained to me it would take off my traction control light which has been the on going issue. I then had to pay a diagnostic fee even though carizma made me send my car there, but when I received the receipt it showed that they checked the car out for the traction control which the receptionist lied and said that it wasn't the issue being checked. read more

So here recently i've been having problems with my car, i take care of my cars very well but my car has been to Carizma car care four times within the two and a half months.The first time i took it to them it was smoking from underneath the hood. So i had them come tow it off to there shop. I explained to Kathy what my vehicle was doing and she apologized about the inconvenience and that they would get it taken care of.Three days later i get a call from Kathy saying my car was ready for pick up, which they said it had a small leak and they sealed it up and it should be good to go. So the second time it started doing the same thing but this time it was coming through my exhaust, so i parked it and told them that i need my car to be towed off again. I got the best warranty I could get that cover the engine, transmission and all that good expensive stuff, so they asked me what kinda of gas i put in there cause it could be just bad gas and i told her i only put 91 premium and she sounded very surprised about that but whatever and i get my oil changed every 3000 miles as well but they said they would get back with me when they figured out the problem with my car. I got a call a couple of days later and i was like surly my car isn't fixed that fast but i was told there still wasn't any leaks, and that her guys took everything apart to make sure everything was still good and I was told THAT ALL MY LIQUID LEVELS WAS FILLED, I was told it was ready for pick up. I really didn't trust that so i parked my car for three days until it was time for me to go back to work. So i went to work later that week and it was fine it wasn't smoking on the way there so that was a good sign to me. But when I left work it was a different story. I started it up and then there was a big cloud of smoke when i started it up and i knew they wouldn't believe so i took a video of what it was doing. I work at the prison so as i was at the stop sign getting on to Slaton Hwy it started smoking even more so bad that i had to roll up my windows and it had a smell of burning metal to it, so i drove to the median and the car completely shut off on me into on coming traffic almost being hit by a freaking semi, i finally got it to start and i pulled off the highway to the McWhorters and i popped the hood to see if anything was leaking on to the motor and i checked the oil and there's no F-ing oil in the car when i was specifically told that they checked all the fluid levels and that it was good to pick up and i'm no mechanic but i know how to check my levels, so when they have your car double check to make sure your stuff is correct if possible !!! I called them the next morning for it to be towed and i explained to them where it was at and what it was doing for the third time. And a week later Kathy yet again telling me to come pick up the car because they can't replicate the problem or have me come in and drive it and show them what it is doing and I'm sitting her thinking what the hell is it gonna do when different if I'm driving it then them driving the car. But i get there and they told me to make small mental notes as i'm driving the car to figure it out and i'm like ok whatever ill do it. So i drive it and of course i drive it for a few days and now the motor is knocking and i'm like are freaking kidding me right now !!!! For the fourth time I have it towed again and i go to get another rental car and i'm talking to one of the salesman about getting an even traded out of this car cause its just a freaking hassle and a disappointment at this point. I find a car that i wanted and i was told i needed $2000 down and i'm like i was suppose to be an even trade so that went to shit! They kept my car for almost two week and told me the issue and that i was gonna need to pay $900 of repairs which is BS because the problem with my car was suppose to be covered with my warranty. I bought a 2012 Mini Cooper from them and at this point i want out of my contract free and clear cause i'm over everything about this company, they don't care about there paying customers. read more

i've been dealing with carizma for some years now and i've had nothing but problems with them. they pretend to want to help you get into a car but instead of you getting the car you want you get a crappy car that they want you in and then you have to make payments on a car that you don't even want or care about. not to mention you can't even get them to report your account to the credit bureau unless you're behind on your payments at that point they will hurry up and report your account pass due, really now how hard is shana to report a credit file to equifax? these people don't care about the customer's all they seem to care about is finaace charges which are way to high read more
