They assured me many many times there was nothing wrong with it besides needing to put on the two back handles and the driver handle. It seemed like a really good deal and they seemed trustworthy, so I bought it with the promise of them installing the handles the next week. It is now November I've dropped about 6000 just trying to keep this car together, it has a blown head gasket, broken valve cover, they put water instead of windshield wiper fluid, the key fab doesn't unlock my doors at all AND i didn't get my handles until the second or third week of October and that's only because i kept calling every Friday. Then more issues with the vehicle a year later happen. Started Overheating, Alternator went out. Come to find out the Serpentine Belt snap that goes to the Water pump and alternator. So i then contact them and explained that i was having issues with coming up with payment that i was working toward also getting the car fixed. Which currently to fix the Alternator and get the serpentine belt and repair it the cost is roughly around $850. I then explain i did not have it to give me roughly another week to try and get that. Then they want to give me the run around say call our service department and pay them a fee to see what wrong with the car. Why would I pay a Diagnose Fee when I already know what wrong with it. Then I get a Text Message today from Virginia asking if i want to process the payment. I explained that am still working to get payment and try to get the car fixed. She then decide to be Rude. If your looking to buy a Car your best bet is to go to someone that has it to where Banks are the ones that finance for you as banks will work with you. Tejas Motors won't. They do not care about there customers at all.

Chose to put a deposit of $2000 on the vehicle on Saturday to hold the vehicle while I could get someone out to look at the vehicle for me. I was told that would get me until close of business on Tuesday to purchase the vehicle. I had the mechanic go on Monday afternoon to drive the vehicle, and when he arrived they told him it was unavailable and in the paint booth. Because they wouldn't let someone look at the vehicle, the sales person told me that they would extend my deposit until end of business day Wednesday to give me time to have someone come out the next day. They told the mechanic they would call him when it was out of the paint booth...they didn't. I got him out there by close of business Tuesday for him to drive it. He then gave me my report. I spoke with the sales rep on a couple of things on Wednesday and was still being told we had until end of day. I finally told him that I wanted the vehicle and he told me it was sold. Holding $2000 deposit, lying, this is what I dealt with. All the time I spent getting and inspection. All the time I spent arranging shipping quotes because they wouldn't help. Every time I spoke to the sales rep, I could tell he was at home with a crying baby in the background, so I was never being told anything truthful. The amount of time this dealership wasted of mine is completely disrespectful. No standard of customer service. I was always transparent and never didn't reply or respond. There is no reason they should have sold that car without asking me for a final decision if they were to that point. Nick and George should be ashamed of how they operate.
