Tecson went into a personal medical leave, her office joined Hatfield and I've been seeing Michael NP 2x now - for annual check up and for covid. I'm very glad that the transition was smooth and the staff at Hatfield were just as friendly and attentive. Michael was amazing the 2x I'm interacted with him. In dr. Tecson and now Hatfield group, they partnered with Labcorp and has an on-site staff for blood test. Now, that staff is AMAZING too. Desiree is great with blood drawn. This is now the second time I've had to deal with this. My husband went in and saw the other new NP and sure enough his bill was also 80+ dollars. She is the most rude and unprofessional receptionist my parents have ever encountered. From dismissive and condescending remarks to dirty looks when my parents would enter the office. My family has been given the run around with this office. When my dad met with the Physician's Assistant - David, he was condescending. My father just wanted to make sure he would be getting the correct care he needs. Instead of listening and having a good bedside manner, he dismissed my fathers comments and concerns.
