She had to constantly keep emailing out letter to tenants reminding them to pick up after their pets, and to please try to keep the dumpster area clean. Time and time again, nothing improved. She had no help, there was never a maintenance person ever on site to help maintain the complex. So trash was EVERYWHERE all the time. Super thin walls, and since the stairs are built right up against the walls of your living room you can hear every step. We were also told at the beginning of the lease we were all allowed to have gas grills only on our balcony, and after a year we got another letter stating that we all had to get rid of them and can't be anywhere near the property within 10 days. All these emails got old. But, I'm sure it was her it was the property owner telling her to send them out. Quite pricey as well for what you pay for. The upgraded Internet is also 20 extra dollars a month which is super slow. Around 4mbs. Terrible.

Never had any problems while living here - wish I could have stayed! Overall a great place to live.

Without my conversation with him today, I would not be leaving this review! I sent Matt a few pictures in an email, showing him some wear and tear around the apt that I didn't get a chance to observe when I moved in...due to a situation that was very inconvenient for myself and my movers...but I'll save that for an update later! I told him 1 thing that I needed fixed right away was my front door. It does not close...latch shut. There is tons of light coming thru all sides because it's not installed correctly. Matt didn't respond to my email so I called. He let me know he was reading the email as we were speaking. I let him know, verbally, about the front door. I also let him know that bugs and spiders were coming in due to these open areas of my front door. I told him the winds today were making my door shake terribly and I initially thought someone was trying to get into my apartment. Matt's response was "Maintenance is doing pest control all week and when they are done they will start work orders." Matt advised that I should scan the QR code on my fridge and submit a work order. I do not have a QR code on my fridge as was acknowledged on move in day. Matt sighed and said that he would go into the system and put a work order in for me then. Not in a kind gesture voice...in a voice that let me know it wasn't his job and was an inconvenience for him!! I feel that the front door to your home should be secured and fit properly! I feel that any opening in your rented apartment that is causing bugs and spiders to come in is kind of a priority! I find it kind of ironic that I AM HAVING A PEST ISSUE IN MY HOME BECAUSE OF THE FRONT DOOR yet my PEST problem won't be fixed until after Maintenance has completed routine pest control around the complex!! Laughable!!!!! I'll be back later with more from my move in experience...why the people in my unit had to move out and how the complex got their rating increased to what it is. All things that I never had any intention of complaining about!!! And I honestly don't want to add more because everyone I have spoken to from the GM, to the Assistant Manager, to the maintenance man himself were all so very kind. It just takes 1 to ruin it tho!
