They have one of the cheapest prices for apples, $22 for a 20 pound bag.

We also went in late season so the only apples we were allowed to pick were empire apples (good nonetheless)! Entrance fee was $3 and there was a tractor ride, corn maze, and small farm with chickens/rabbits and goats I believe. There is a beautiful cute shop with homemade jams which are delicious and raw honey. It's a great place to go with family and such a fun time! Lots of fun to see and explore. My one year old came out with red strawberry stains all over his face so I think it's safe to say that he had the most fun. See my brief review on that page. We drove past many farms along Derry, so we stopped at Applevale. Unlike some farms that charge both an admission fee and charge for the apples picked, Applevale only requires you to spend a minimum of $20 on apples to gain entry. In terms of Covid precautions, there weren't any except for one sign to stay 2m apart and a bottle of hand sanitizer at the entrance. We spent $20 for a large bag and went on our merry way. There is a map showing which types of apples were located, but once we started walking, we realized that there weren't any signs indicating which apples are which, except for some coloured dots sprayed on some trees. Guess you had to taste each one to know what kind of apples you're picking! There were quick a few families out at the farm, but as you walk further into the orchard, the crowds spaced themselves out. Would've been nice if there was a bathroom, oh well... I would probably go again as the kids had lots of fun running around and eating the apples. The crowds weren't bad, so that's a bonus for me. No one was wearing masks outdoors, only the ladies at the front entrance.

They have wellness products such as essential oils, culinary, and skin care products for sale. Currently, their retail store in Elora is the only place that provides an in person experience to browse and experience their products (they have an online store you can order from as well). My friend and I stopped by Terre Bleu to browse during our day trip to Elora. The store is pretty big where they have a variety of lavender items for sale. You are able to try the honeys and they even have lavender ice cream, macarons, and canned drinks available as well. In their bigger room they have many essential oils for sale as well as a cute lavender wall to take photos. The famous yellow door they had in their lavender fields is also displayed inside the shop as well. Overall, a great boutique store for all things lavender! A must visit if you go to Elora.
