My regular doctor referred us to Dr. Ringwald. He would ask a question and when you go to answer he would cut you off and ramble out several more questions. He never once listened for an answer. I came for several trips and extensive allergy testing. Rather than looking for an immune system issue he told me I have allergies and told me to take Zyrtec everyday. I took Zyrtec as directed for a year and still suffered a cold every month. He told me if I got sick to come to him for evaluation. I came for one visit when i was sick he told me it had a cold and to see my regular doctor. A month later I was sick again, made an appointment and when I showed up. While waiting they told me Dr. Ringwald would not see me again, that I was sick and to go back to my regular doctor again. Treating allergies was not the cure and he didn't want to face his mistake.

Really? Why didn't you say FOURTEEN DAYS if that was what you meantt? I've been getting allergy shots for 25 years (yes since 2001) and I've never ever been treated like a criminal because I was "a day late". I used their damn electronic calendar and of course it has no knowledge of the shot cadence. I cannot beelieve a single day, yes 24 hours would have made any any difference. Nevermind their automated system sends you reminders so it should have been able to count up to 15. FAIL.

I made an apt. and had to fill out forms on the internet just like seeing a new doctor. I was given information on taking pictures of my body and sending them to Dr. Shankar. We had a video chat and she told me the shots caused me to have exezma and she prescribed a cream and a lotion and with in 1 week I was cleared up and no more itching. This was not mentioned to me when I updated my insurance months ago or prior to receiving a bill. I contacted the office. The practice manager stated they do not have a relationship with my secondary insurance and will not waste resources to bill the insurance. The office only needed to call the number on the back of the card. It's unfortunate that this practice doesn't appreciate their patients. Update: My insurer contacted the office manager directly to issue payment. However, the practice manager refuses to return the call.
