The front desk wasn't very friendly; they seemed overwhelmed and confused, though this was not Raymond's team. His front desk is inside the establishment, so I couldn't speak to them directly and had to have the front desk call his team. There were about 10 people waiting, but they weren't there for him, so I was taken in quicker. The front desk told me it's never usually busy, which was a bit confusing. I also wish they had clarified over the phone that it was split into two businesses so I would know what to expect when I entered. Initially, I felt disappointed and considered leaving, but once I spoke with his front desk, they reassured me that I would be taken care of and everything would be okay. When I met Raymond, he asked me a lot of questions and spent about 20 to 30 minutes with me. I appreciated that he asked for my consent every time he touched me. He worked on my back, applied a heat pad, cracked my lower back, and worked on my legs. After the session, I felt much better. I'm going to try my best to see him on a weekly basis, but his location is quite far for me. He appreciated that I traveled so far to see him based on his reviews. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be coming back, but I don't know if I'll be able to do so weekly due to the travel distance.

I never got a chance…read moreto go to my second appointment today - when I walked in to the office (which is a shared wellness office space), there was a woman seated behind the front desk with her mask off, eating.  She also happened to be talking about how she had just gotten over having Covid over the Christmas holidays.  I explained that I wasn't comfortable being inside with someone not wearing a mask, and left immediately. I know that it's a shared space, but the lack of basic safety protocols during Covid is alarming and clearly unsafe and goes against basic CDC and city safety guidelines as well. It's completely irresponsible and there is a duty to keep a wellness space safe for your customers, especially with surging COVID numbers. This lack of care and basic safety measures (wearing a mask indoors in a small space!) is unacceptable, dangerous, and extremely disappointing.  I obviously will not be returning.

I was crying myself to sleep every night, but I didn't want to go to a chiropractor - my last experience being adjusted terrified me with all sorts of cracks and pops like a private Karate session on my neck - and I didn't know who to turn to. Dr Erin & James are fantastic. They took great care of me throughout the remaining of my pregnancy. Not only they brought my body back to motion, but they absolutely helped me get the pregnancy I wanted (being able to walk for hours + go to yoga at 40+ weeks!!), and I had the most amazing birth one can expect, thanks to their Webster expertise, and their emotional and intellectual support. They were never short of homework to do and recommendations (books, documentaries, etc.) - you can tell how passionate they are about their practice, and the empathy they have towards their patients. Once my baby was born, I got him immediately adjusted there, following a tongue tie revision. I have seen countless babies and newborn at their office: they really are that good! If you hesitate to bring your LO, be sure you'll get the perfect attention and gentle care he/she deserves there. I can't tell you how much I miss her. She was not only my chiropractor, she was my friend. We had lovely talks upon my visits for adjustments. She is very caring of her patients' health and has so much love in her heart. Out here in PA, I have seen a few chiropractors before I found a good one. He's good, but I don't have the same relationship with him as I had with Dr. Ellen as he is not as thorough as she was with her adjustments. I had a friendly, educational and warming experience. Dr. Lara sat down for 15 minutes with me to educate me on the benefits of getting chiropractic adjustments during my pregnancy. I went home and researched it some more. There really are major benefits to getting weekly adjustments while you are pregnant: it creates less stress on your body during this journey so the baby can grow in a comfortable position, and more than likely to have a smooth and natural labor (crossing fingers!). My actual adjustment took approximately 15 minutes. It involves the art and science of adjusting misaligned joints of the body, especially of the spine, which reduces spinal nerve stress and therefore promotes health throughout the body.
