You did not get everything." I got back on the table and *crack crack crack* "Told ya you missed a spot." The second dude was nice and friendly enough but when I asked him what I could be doing to prevent or mitigate the pain, he said "Just keep coming in for those adjustments!" Wow. Someone should give that dude better talking points, because that was the worst possible answer he could have given. I have been seeing chiropractors on and off since I was 17yo. In that time I've had some truly amazing practitioners -- the kind that would demonstrate stretches to do to alleviate my pain or give me print outs detailing exercises to strengthen certain muscle groups, etc. Unfortunately, I've also had 3x as many truly mediocre ones, the kind that cared more about making a buck than they did about my pain. I almost forgot the part about how they were charging me more than my standard copay because my insurance didn't cover e-stim so they were charging me instead of, i don't know, not putting me on e-stim...? But whatever. I won't be going back.

His treatments start with a variety of ART (Active Release Technique) muscle manipulations with active patient participation before any traditional chiropractic adjustments are discussed. The entirety of each long visit involves him working with you instead of slipping SOT blocks under you or adjusting your neck without warm up and running off to another patient. DOES NOT TREAT SENIORS!…read more I have been a patient of Jasmine Joseph for years. She has helped me with problems relating to my spine. The quality of her care has been good. On her website Jasmine Joseph claims: "We care for the entire family as well, including teens, adults, and seniors." This year I turned 65, and like 99% of people over the age of 65 have become a Medicare recipient. Towards the end of last year, when I disclosed to her that I would enroll in Medicare, she told me that she would not be able to see me as a patient anymore, and that she would have to "refer me out to somebody else". I offered to pay out of pocket for my visits, which I had done anyway for most of the time that I saw her. She said no. She also implied that she was surprised about me turning 65. After this disclosure I saw her one more time before I became a Medicare recipient and decided after that visit that I would not see her again for chiropractic care. I only saw her because I was in pain. I find her attitude unethical to say the least! She obviously does not care for seniors, since she immediately gets rid of them once they turn 65. The statement on her website is not consistent with her actions towards seniors. She told me that she got rid of 3 other people in the last year (2025) alone, due to their age and consequently their affiliation with Medicare. Obviously Jasmine Joseph only cares about the 1% of seniors that are not enrolled in Medicare, not the other 99%. This chiropractic office is not for most people, because most of us are going to turn 65 at one point and become Medicare recipients. It is and office for a very small minority of people. And it is her choice! Be aware!
