I called to get my W2, as my previous employer goes through them. The woman said I was rude, kept…read moreaccusing me of having an attitude, ect. So when I explained to her I wasn't blaming her and it could have been a postal error, she hung up on me. Evidently, this is the owners wife. I found this out when I called back to ask if they could simply send my W2 to me, and asked if we could be professionals about this, we're all adults. He said maybe if I had been nice, but since I was "rude" that it would "be a cold day in hell" before he gave me my W2. This isn't legal. I'm on the phone with the IRS now having to force them to get my original W2s within 10 days per law. I'm not trying to be nasty, but they WERE nasty, and completely unprofessional. Go anywhere else.
