I too shop at Helzberg STC and have a Helzberg card its great no money down and 12 months no interest! The only way you could have had the problems you did with your financing is if you don't pay your bill, or you don't pay it on time, and...or you didn't pay it within the 12 months of no interest. There is no way for a year you paid on the card and could only take a couple hundred off your original purchase? Unless you paid the min payment which if it was $5 a month maybe I could see why maybe a 100 was only paid. After 12 months interest is maybe about 29%. But if you pay your bill off or way down before or at 12 months you would have nothing to worry about. As for your fiance and her ring...they personally don't make her ring at the store,and they don't do the repairs themselves. As an adult you shuld first know how to.take care of your bills and because you didn't its not fair to bash the workers there or the business.As an adult you should also know how to use respectable language in writing and in person, also you should know how to speak up if you have a problem with something...so if your "wife's ring" had issues you and her should have spoken up and let them know so they could figure out with you how to fix it. Id also recommend to stop bashing on companies for things that seem more like a personal problem on your part. (Per, all 5 of your reviews) I LOVE YOU HELZBERG STC! The woman that waited on me said that it would take 2 weeks. But I wasn't going to get it back until July when they reopen again after a 1-week break. So, on July 10th I went to pick up my ring. The girl that waited on me gave me my ring and I put it on. But it didn't fit. I told her that it fit before it was fixed and I asked what happened? I told her that the day I dropped if off I asked the woman who took my ring about sizing my figure to make sure she had the right size and she told me that no need to because she would just pinch it and tap back together. I couldn't even get the ring over my knuckle. So, I asked what it cost to get the ring sized and she said $221.00. I asked does that include the $75 for fixing the ring and she said no. I told her I wasn't going to pay for that and that it was their mistake that they didn't size my ring to make sure it was put back to the right size. I will never shop there again. The anniversary ring was given to me by my husband after 35 years of marriage. Now I can't even wear because Eric's Diamonds ruined it.
