Issue after issue after issue. wrong size band wrong size gem, can't figure out how to properly customize a ring but measuring and getting what I want. finally a more experienced jeweler in the sprite measured the diamond going down the sides and for how far and we ordered what I can pay they finally got it right but it won t even arrive on time for our wedding... the diamond on the engagement ring fell out after only wearing it for 2 months. I mean planning a wedding is stressful. Rarely is picking out the ring the stressful part and this has been hell. I am not one to complain But I'm just really really really disappointed from start to finish. I would do anything to go back in time and go elsewhere. not to mention I'd we did it would probably be half the price. i mean we've paid thousands only to have to go buy a wedding band else where anyways to use for the ceremony?!?! When I expressed the way I was feeling I did not feel heard at all.

For many years antique doesn't necessarily mean over a hundred years old so millennials will be shocked to see classics from the 90's now relegated to antique stores and flea markets. There really wasn't much from earlier than 1950 but the store is packed in the various rooms that were once separate store fronts back in the days before I-94. The owners are friendly and will chew classic memories with their friends and customers that are new. I plan to make a return trip soon to check out the 'old' Leinenkugel glasses of now defunct special brews but I'm just going to browse because I don't need more. heh heh.

The opal middle and garnet pedals made for a delicate and unique ring that she fell in love with. She wore it a few times and then one of the garnets fell out. She gifted me this ring after my daughter was born because she didn't have the patience to get it fixed. Once I got it, it sat in my jewelry box. When Mom passed away on 6/9 of this year I felt it was time to fix this ring. I brought it into Muellers on 8/10 and met with Amy. We discussed resizing the ring and also finding the missing garnet. She assured me she could do it! I got multiple calls from Amy relating to her search and we decided to match the color of the garnet vs matching the color and cut. Amy then recommended fixing the prongs and strengthening the other prongs to avoid further loss of the garnets. I picked up my ring today (2 days after she called and said it was ready) To say I wasn't pleased would be an understatement. This ring is so beautiful and the quality of work beyond what I could have hoped for when I brought it in.
