Kelly never completed the list of services quoted but kept asking for more money upfront even though her quote clearly stated half upfront and half upon completion. Me, being a trusting person, provided the money upfront only to be left with a dug-up yard. I started looking for a landscaper in the spring and the project was supposed to start April 29th and here we are in September. I asked for a refund so I could hire someone else but never received anything except an "I'm working on it" from Kelly. Complete dissatisfaction to say the least.
