But during the cooler months, there is only one table and a couple of small benches. Everything here is also white and with a name like "sweet science" I was expecting more "science stuff" The staff here was absolutely lovely!! Very polite and super friendly! You are allowed to try samples and these gals seemed to be having fun with their job! Down to business: The ice cream was DELICIOUS! I am lactose intolerant, so having some vegan (dairy free) options was great! It looks like they use cashew milk for most of those bases. I hate cashews but this didn't taste like cashews at all! The strawberry ice cream made me think of when we'd make ice cream at home when we were children. It was hard work, yet always worth it. There was a great balance of strawberries to creaminess. The service was quick and friendly, and I'm glad that we stopped by. Will probably go again on Saturday, as we'll be back in the area.
