    Apple bun

I went here last week and wow what a wonderful bakery this is. It's on the small side but even with a busy crowd I could find a table. The atmosphere was very loud and hard to talk to a person sitting next to you unfortunately which is why I had to take off a star. The food was on the pricey side for a baked good but they were so scrumptious I didn't really mind it by the end. The lime tart was beyond spectacular. Like a key lime pie's older brother. The little drops on it made it look so spectacular but trust me it tasted even better!! I didn't share the other treat but I believe it was an apple pie bun situation. It was well received as well

On this Saturday morning (5/2) the barista failed to demonstrate her grasp of the concept of 'hospitality'' i.e. the generous, friendly, and warm reception of guests, strangers, or customers, aimed at making them feel welcomed, comfortable, and valued. Whether she was having a bad day and/or doesn't like being a barista her behavior was wholly unprofessional........ Daniel Montag dmmontag@me.com Patisserie regular for over 10 yrs.

I got the P46 club sandwich (4/5); it was good but a little expensive for what it was. I also got a baguette (3.5/5) and the olive oil sourdough (4.5/5). The baguette was a little dry, but the sourdough was great! It has a nice crunchy crust and a soft flavorful crumb, and the olives enhance the flavor. The cafe was very busy when I went, but the service was still quick (4/5). The safe has a nice ambiance (4/5), especially on the patio when it is nice out!

Mid inside and and good size patio outside. Dogs are allowed on patio. Service was good. Famous chocolate cake - 4/5 - little dense for me. Creative. Pistachio dessert - 5/5- loved the creativity and taste

I really enjoyed patisserie 46! My family and I went here on a Friday morning, and, like always, we ordered about a dozen things to try. My personal favorite was the spinach and feta pain suisse, which was so good we had to get two! The pear bourdaloue looked better than it tasted in my opinion, but other options like the olive sourdough bread and the kouign amann were very tasty. My flat white here was also good :) would come again!

Stopped in to pick up a preordered cake and decided on a treat. I ordered an Americano and almond croissant and partner had a blueberry muffin with a cafe latte. All delicious yet to have the cake for a birthday celebration. But looks delicious. Great staff and clean attractive vibe in the place.

A proper bistro for the francophiles of Minneapolis. The smell authentic, the coffee hot, and the flakiness of desserts... chef's kiss The Kouign Aman was a delight. Flaky and sweet, perfect for a Gallic brekkie, but being Americans we had to have more. The summer tartine was fresh and the quiche decadent. The side salad was tossed with a light coating of a vinaigrette, one could appreciate the crunch and flavor of the lettuce. An array of seating arrangements to dine or lounge. Would be a classy morning date spot.

Okay I have absolutely been sleeping on this place! I have lived in the neighborhood for three years and I just started going here this summer. Pastries are literally so good - I mean they partner with coffee shops all over the city so you know they are good but honestly just going in there to look at the pastry case is a treat without tasting anything. My favorite thing aside from the baked goods is their outdoor patio space. It's this breezy corner in a quiet neighborhood in south Minneapolis with big leafy trees proving enough shade for a comfortable hang on a sunny day. One of my new favorite places to work or read outside with a coffee to sip on and pastry to nibble on. Go here.

For breakfast, I ordered two slices of their cinnamon French toast, served with two eggs and bacon. To drink, I treated myself to a delicious, beautifully layered tiramisu latte. Another thing I absolutely love is their grab-and-go bakery case. It is so rare and refreshing to see so many clearly labeled GF treats, like their Lemon Bars and Almond Cheesecake. We couldn't resist taking some goodies to go, so we went home with a lemon bar and one of their GF Fruity Pebbles bars. If you're looking for a delicious, incredibly gluten-free friendly brunch spot with a great atmosphere, you have to check this place out!

They also had a delicious iced banana bread latte on their special menu...the banana bread cold fold was so, so good. Overall, great service, quick meal and really delicious food.

This time our family tried the 5th Avenue Minneapolis location right across from Twins Stadium. Quick tip, park in the garage facing the restaurant on the left side. It's an easy elevator ride up and the signage makes it simple. Matt was our server and did an outstanding job. Great service always makes a difference. Beverage options were excellent too, stuff for everyone, mimosas, specialty coffee drinks, and really solid drip coffee. The menu has a great balance of savory and sweet, so naturally we tried both. We had the breakfast sandwich with sausage, a BLT on a croissant, biscuits and gravy, pancakes with fruit, and a croissant-waffle fusion with lemon and sweet cream. Honestly, everything was delicious. What I appreciate most is the atmosphere. These restaurants just feel comfortable, welcoming, and easy to enjoy with family or friends. I'm excited they're coming to Maple Grove, but I'll still keep visiting the St. Paul, St. Louis Park, and Minneapolis locations too because I want to see our cities and local businesses thrive.
