He and his team worked quickly, were very thorough, and left everything neat. One part of the job involved trimming hedges from my neighbor's yard that grow over my wall. The quote was to remove the stump 6 inches below grade. He showed up with a stump grinder same day, and worked for about a hour, after which another guy came int he afternoon for another hour or so. When he was done, he told me he didn't clean up the shavings because it would be helpful for the retaining wall project I had going. I trusted him and believed him. Turns out, when my team went to build my retaining wall the following week, the shavings that were there, were just covering up the fact that the stump was still there above grade in some places. I tried to contact the owner of Arborist Crew for 2 days with no response to my calls or texts. I was forced to pay my gardener to come on a Sunday and re-do the job. I let the owner of Arborist Crew know I had to pay someone else to do the job and waited a month to see if he would make it right before posting this. OVERALL - sounds like they are great with big jobs making big money... but I wouldn't recommend if you have something smaller they are squeezing in AT ALL.
