What a Great Place!! Jacob not only helped us with our order but delivered it to us in A+ fashion giving a whole new meaning to the word "Customer Service which is just about a thing of the past these days. The burger and sides were amazing!! We liked it so much; so, I went up to the front and bragged on ALL of them! (I think they were surprised and I hope it made their day) All other burger places in this town can step aside! We're Carls Jr customers now!! How far does a business have to go downhill before someone changes it. This was once an excellent place to eat but has steadily declined. To have you burger come out and the bread was stale and the meat was cool as if it had just come out of a refrigerator. I asked for the burger to be remade and the "manager" came out asking what was wrong with it, like I was the one who made the thing cold. He remade it himself and it was just a little less horrible. Still horrible though. Will not be coming back for a long time. Do better and be more professional, please. read more

wasted a Sunday cheat on this horrid place I've eaten the green chili char burger at the sulpher location and it was delicious The guy at the cash register seemed like he had social anxiety or just on drugs. He also had a badge on that said shift manage. Communicating the order was a huge task. My wife's order was wrong. I originally was charged for something I didn't get or order. When he refunded me the five dollars it came out of his own pocket. They didn't have pepper Jack cheese for the sandwich. All of this would have been not worth complainin. However both burgers were disgustin. they didn't even seemed cooked and im guessing it was that beyond meat garbage. we we're pretty much the only ones in the there and all the tables and floor was dirty. somehow miraculously the waffle fries were good. read more

It's a no. Go through the drive through so your kids aren't waiting, hungry, for 30 min. Times can be busy and you need to keep up with demand and keep a cool head to get through it.....just ask Connie. That was sarcastic. I hate leaving bad reviews but service was terrible, it's fast food. Very friendly good service. Most everything I've gotten there is good. The burgers have a great flame broiled beef taste to them. The breakfast items are also really good. The fresh cinnamon raisin biscuits are unique and very tasty. Higher quality than most fast food places. read more

I believe this is my first time at Carl Jr's. I ordered the loaded omelette biscuit even though it looked nothing like the photo it tasted as good and that's what counts. The only draw back was the greasy hash rounds. The most enjoyable experience wasn't the food but the service from Shannon, she's a prime example to how other fast food, shucks any employee, ought to be. read more

i ordered inside a sausage and biscuit ,coffee and side of gravy. the biscuit was bad . it tasted like the dough was not stirred up properly and so hard i couldn't eat it. this happened about 2 days ago. i worked for hardee's in tn for 9 months making biscuits and never got complaints. i hope this can be corrected because i like to eat at carl's jr.sometimes. read more
