A typical Carl's Jr. restaurant! The place is quite clean and spacious. There is a lot of empty space in this establishment, to sit down, and enjoy the meal. The meals, as with any Carl's Jr., are quite delicious. In addition, the wait time for meals is not long. Im not from the area but i recently stoped by while on a business trip. I cant believe how great the service is. All the employees greeted us when we walked in. The food was prepaired promptly. My best rave was over the employees actually walking by and asking if everything was 2 our liking. All i can say is that this place has primo service.I dont get this type of A+ service in orange county, so 2 the hesperia carls employees i commend you for your awesome service. We were fourth in the drive-thru line at 1:30 pm on Saturday. We waited for 45 minutes total. My daughter even got out of the car and went inside to find out what was taking so long. She said it looked like the drive-thru server had to turn her headpiece on or up. Even after that it was 20 more minutes and long waits for everyone both at the order sign and at the window. Angie, the server didn't even apologize for the wait. Instead she said "so do you want to order or what?". We chose to not order and she didn't even park the person in front of us but made us wait for 15 minutes for those people to get their two drinks and single bag of food before we could leave. Due to the fact that I work in the fast food industry & I know how it goes but let me tell you, every time I come to this location in particular, there is always an issue . Mainly the attitudes from the female staff. From the manager down to the girl that was working drive thru today (8/18/18) at around 1pm-1:30pm. Worst Expierence I have ever had. We went through the Drive-thru and checked out at 1:04 pm today we ordered three combos we were then given our drinks and were told to wait in the front for our meals about 5-7 mins pass by a woman, apparently a manager named Maria, then comes out and gives our food to a car that was driving away, she literally ran after them and stopped them and gave them our food. When she was walking back in, we stopped her and asked her where our food was, we told her what we had and she said that she gave it to the other car. Another 15 minutes pass by and she comes out and tells us that we have to wait while she checks the cameras "because one of you guys tricked me." I walk back inside to get my money back and they are refusing to give it back to me because they still need to review the cameras. Now I'm standing there waiting for my either my money or my food and neither is given to me because she needs to do whatever. Finally she comes out, about 1:30 at this point and she tells me that she still needs to review the camera but she tried handing me the food. I told her no that I wanted to get my money back and she refused to give it back to me. Pretty much kicking me out the door with the food, telling that she needed to figure out who was the one that tricked her, I finally stopped her and told her I needed my money back and to keep the food, another manager got involved and told her to give me my money back. While I'm waiting for my money back the girl that was working the drive-thru, tells her that she should have just called 911 on us. All of this because she messed up, this was a perfect example of bad costumer service. Will not be going back. read more

I can not believe what just happened to my husband at this location. My husband and I were speaking to each other on the cell phone as he walk to this Carls Jr for lunch. He was the only person in line to order, He was totally ingored for 5 minutes and someone else walks in and they jumped all over this customer and still ingore my husband. Then they go clean a table and go back around the counter. 15 minutes pass and still no one in the place will help my husband order his lunch. By the way this was the manager of this store who treats her customers like this. We will never go to this place again and I will be calling corporate on this manager. read more
