The order wasn't right and the staff was not very friendly and they were extremely slow. Restaurant was not very clean as well. Food wasn't very warm and just not very tasty! Get better staff that maybe cares a little bit about what kind of service they are providing. read more

There is nothing to do and just about nothing to see on this long and boring drive through Washington state, and this Carl's Jr, located in a Love's truck stop, was like an oasis. Ate here out of necessity more than anything else, and it was a-okay! The service is a little slow, but the food was prepared fresh. I had a lettuce wrapped low carb burger and it was really tasty. The dining area was clean (especially considering the clientele) and the prices weren't jacked up at all. Not a bad choice if you're hungry and find yourself on this road. We have stopped here a few times on the way back to Missoula. The quality has been decent sometimes better than others. Tonight though my chicken sandwich was ridiculous. It was $7.00 for the sandwich and my party wasn't even half the size of the bun. I had taken a small bite when I decided to take a pic but my son ordered the same thing and his party was twice the size. The most annoying thing was they charged me .70 for the lettuce and then gave me this ridiculous sized patty. I should have complained but there was a line and we needed to get back on the road. read more

Must have been the manager. They were out of medium cups. I ordered a medium size combo meal. Asked if she could give me a large cup for the price of a medium since they were out. I have stopped at this Carl's Jr. several times mostly due to traveling.....and every time this location is terribly dirty; the tables are not wiped down, the floors have trash laying around, the ice machine is empty or the soda fountain is down. The service is not bad, nor the food which is the only reason I keep coming back for a good burger. But geesh....maybe they need more staff? Or its just a busy location they don't have time to clean up. I hate giving two stars, but I think Mr. Karcher would have been disappointed in this location. read more

Takes a half hour to get your "fast food" and by the time you do, fries are cold and soggy.

This is by far my favorite Carl's Jr. Any time my boyfriend and I are in the area we have to stop to get a burger. It's inside of a Love's truck stop. For some reason, if I go to any other Carl's Jr. It's not nearly as good as the one in this truck stop! I know it's just fast food, but their jalapeno thick burger is probably my favorite compared to anywhere else I've ever been. YUM. read more

Tonight I spent roughly 15 minutes in the drive thru waiting for 3 orders of fries and a milk shake with no whip cream. My payment was taken by the cashier named Adam, and he took it to the front register instead of the drive register (yes it was after 10pm) he proceeded to return without a word. I then watched him make the shake and set it on the counter to melt while he dinked around. When my order was finally done, he brought me 1 and a half order of fries, as well as my melted shake with a whip lid on it (might I add he had to come to the window a separent time to ask if I wanted whip when it was repeated at the order screen and printed on my receipt, no whip) I then had to go into the store and tell him i was missing half my order, he pretended he had no clue. I showed him my receipt and bag. He put down another order of fries, walked back to the shake machine and mumbled something about how hard shakes are to make. The worker in the back, Zack, offered me another order of fries for my wait (I made it very clear that I was in DT for 15 minutes) I said that would be fine and ran outside to get my phone. I returned, my fries were done 30 seconds later and I returned to my car to find the single order of fries that I had ordered. Very, very disappointed. read more

I ordered 2 California classic and large fries. Specifically said no SALT ON FRIES. NO THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING OR ANY DRESSING ON THE BURGER. GUESS WHAT!!! got the order tons of salt and dressing on the burgers. spoke to the manager. laz. because this is the second day they did this. Laz the manager said the order taker is new and he does not know how to run the order with specific needs like no salt or no dressing.and if we can come tomorrow or next day and get a correct order free of charge. To tell you the truth it may be not the fault of the order taker. because we have heard from many past workers the way carls Jr. train the staff, basically they don train.Its very bad. but that is the way they treat their staff. so best thing is until carls Jr. learn to invest some time to give good training and treat the staff properly people should stop giving them business. read more
