This is a tough McDonald's to rate. When I've been driving through ritzville I've stopped here pretty frequently. I've never had any issues with the food. Or the service. The drive-thru is a little awkward because it wraps around the whole establishment. The inside is also a little awkward because it shares a building with the Chevron and the Chevron food mart. And the restrooms for the McDonald's are in the Chevron (although the signs are very clear that they are the McDonald's is responsibility not the chevrons responsibility). So, again, it's a little strange. But the food is good, and the services good. What brings it down is the overall kind of awkwardness of the layout, the awkwardness of the bathrooms, in the cramped interior of the restaurant itself. read more

Another McDonald's .. Another poorly made sandwich.. Seems to be that the food is consistently poorly made these days. We've visited dozens of duff locations on this trip and only one or two actually served a hot well composed sandwich. This spicy McChicken was hastily thrown together with all of the mayo on one bite and was Luke warm at best. Points for the restaurant being clean and the fast part of the fast food. Leaving this review solely to say the Ritzville, WA McDonald's has THE BEST Diet Coke. Perfect soda to ice ratio and it's CRISP. 10/10

We stopped and ordered some egg McMuffins this morning on our way through. Took a long time to get them so we were expecting them to be nice and warm. The muffins weren't even cooked. They were like they just pulled them out of the bag and put the egg and cheese on there. Very nasty when you get a cold basically raw muffin. read more

When I went here with my brother and sister we were walking up there and I got the chicken Big Mac it was great!

Left my wallet here on a roadtrip, workers were so kind and were able to ship it to me, and did so very quickly. Great customer service, food was very tasty as well. read more

I ordered 2 quarter pound burgers and a 10 piece nugget, burgers came out very hot and fresh was really yummy. Same with the chicken nuggets, only thing I have a issue with is whenever I ask for sauce or extra sauce I get 1 or 2 and I usually get a 20 piece nugget and 2 sauces just isn't enough for me. But none the less the customer service is always great. While I was eating my food a van was getting pulled over and they decided to park right next to me. Needless to say that was interesting. I'm hooked on the double quarter pounder with cheese combo #3. Cooked to order and with those fries, you can't go wrong.

The drive-through lane was open (not blocked), the speaker worked & took our order, we waited for about 10 minutes, no further directions/information from the order taker, pulled forward to the window & were told they were closed. We, along with several other cars, were not happy. If your drive-through/restaurant is closed, maybe you should put a cone out and turn off the order-taking. Won't go here again. read more

I waited 22 minutes for a mobile order as I watched people that had ordered after me get their food and leave. When I asked the girl working where my order was and told her I'd been waiting and everyone else that had ordered after me had received their orders she yelled that they were busy. When I finally got my order they gave me the wrong soda and when I told her she walked away and ignored me and when she came back she told me someone else was getting it. When the other girl came up to give me my drink I asked her what the persons name was that had been helping me and she yelled to her not to give out her name. This is a combo McDonald's and Chevron. Stopped for a bathroom break and snack while passing through town. The bathroom was not clean at all. Also my Diet Coke tasted like the syrups were nearly out. An easy place to stop in Ritzville but definitely not the greatest McDonald's. read more

Food was average, but wait-time for the drive-thru was long and the customer service was non-existant. They forgot to give us one item in our order, so we had to park and run in. No apology was offered...and it was just sitting on the counter. Without a word, they handed it to me. Screw this place, go to Taco Del Mar or Subway instead. I'm giving this McDonald's 5 stars because my group took 80 middle school students here to eat. This McDonald's was able to crank out all 80 orders in a matter of 30 minutes. The staff truly worked hard and delivered quality McDonald's food. Thank you McDonald's staff! read more

This McDonalds doesn't go by the standard menu pricing found at most other McDonalds restaurants. The price of our breakfast sandwiches was double what we pay at other locations in Washington and Oregon. For what we paid for our mediocre fast food meal, we could have had a full sit down breakfast in a nice restaurant. This location is handy for our regular drives from Spokane to Portland but it will no longer be our breakfast stop. read more

Waited for about 2 minutes to place my food Eder. They were very busy. I did a special request on the burger. I always do special requests but even with that in mind, the service was very slow. They did get the burger out correctly. The fries were just warm not hot. Everyone knows McDonald's fries are great when Hot. Another person was also waiting for his order to come out. Overall I got my order quick and it was almost right. My only complaint is that I ordered a coke and they must have accidentally put orange soda in at first and remembered I wanted coke and filled the rest with coke without dumping the orange soda first. This McDonald's is staffed with liars and thieves. We ordered a slice of cheese on the side, they charged us 50 cents for it and when we asked the guy who handed us our order if the slice of cheese was in the bag he said it was. We found that it was not in the bag. read more

While its still a McDonalds I have never had a bad experience here. I always come in when multiple sports teams are arriving at the place and the long lines of about 30 people are dealt with very quickly. The food isn't bad and I always leave satisfied. read more

No food besides you all know what your are going to get but this is located in the chevron station but has the worst diaper changing table. Even if you kneel it's too low. Sigh... Visited this McDonald's many times while in Ritzville. For a small McDonald's inside of a Chevron gas station, they do very well with the orders, and it's kept very clean inside. I think the employees are friendly too. Good for a fast food and gas stop. read more

Just ordered the 2 for 5 Quarter Pounder with Cheese I added lettuce and tomato so that basically I had a quarter pounder with cheese tool apps unfortunately the meat patties apparently had been sitting around too long because he was the driest damn burger I've ever had in my life I need most of one of them and threw the other in the trash yep that's what the world coming to read more

This McDonalds is part of another fast food convience store. The prices are way higher than normal. For instance, the plain vanilla ice cream that usually goes for around one dollar is being sold for $1.98. Total rip-off.
