In the classes, we always start with a warm up. Then a discussion of the intent of the session. Usually there a a break to regroup on what the professor is observing, and discussion of points of emphasis. I also am impressed with all my training partners, especially higher belts i have worked with, having open discussions of what is working, effective and not. Of course the professors are always available for questions and clarification. On a personal note, I am very active 60 year old. I found my core strength is improving and other areas in need of strength and conditioning are exposed for me to work on. I try go get to classes 15-30 minutes early just to loosen up.

Yes there is a contract, and it lasts for a year. However Jason is the type of person to work with you if you give sufficient notice. He mentioned to me that if I need to quit for any reason to give him 30 days notice. Not that we have any intention of quitting, it's nice to know that going in. My son James absolutely loves class. It was hard at first for him to form to the structure, but once he did, we noticeably saw differences with him. He shows confidence and loves the challenge of getting to the next level. Jason gives you the first month free and that is to see if your child will like it and be a good fit. I knew from the first class this was something we wanted to do long term. She also has several classes across the street like kettle bell weights and yoga flow. Ariel and Pilates at this main location. A place to put your shoes and stuff. Doors are locked once classes start due to safety of the instructors and the clients. They also have several classes for kids. I personally took a self defense class here and learned so much! Parking is limited. Some spaces out front and some on the side of fine wine but most students park at Walgreens and just walk over. Highly recommend taking a look at their calendar!
