Kaitlyn was wonderful. i looked up 5 star DUI attorneys in Pinellas County and Hayslett was the only firm that showed up. I explained my DUI arrest and she felt she that she could get my charge reduced. i told her that i had a DUI on April 30, 1978 while still in high school and was the understanding that it was expunged. She recommended that i attend Level I DUI school. I attended that class and was later told i needed to attend Level II class. Kaitlyn gave me a checklist of things that i needed to complete as a result of my DUI arrest. I completed 50 hours of community service, MADD impact class, 10 day car impoundment, Level II, and 12 weeks of treatment. All completed before my court date. She debated with the state attorney for 8.5 months and got my charge reduced to reckless driving. I do not need the "high risk insurance". This firm is the BEST. Do what the attorneys tell you to do and be proactive. I went to court and was issued probation termination after verification of everything that i was supposed to complete.
