I stand in awe of your talent to lie & think you're convincing others. Your lies are just…read morethat..whoppers. You were never given permission to put our belongings out into our shed. You know why we purchased that shed & have proof via text (in black & white) where we told you multiple times that WE would move what WE wanted into OUR shed. I have copies of the text messages making that very clear. We had no clue you had removed our items out of our home without our permission until we came out there to move what we wanted moved ourselves one Friday. You purposely did that knowing full well you were taking advantage of 2 elderly seniors that wouldn't be able to retrieve them because of our physical inabilities as senior citizens and ME BEING HANDICAPPED. You knew you had us; that my husband & I couldn't move our beds back in & that everything was moved out of reach for us. When we confronted you about it you told us not to worry because our belongings would be returned. You said you did it because it would make your job easier if the house was totally emptied. You told us you would take full responsibility for our belongings. One of your workers even told me not to worry about it because he & his son would bring them back in. You asked if you could have a key to the shed & we gave it to you so that your could bring our belongings back in. However, you lost our key & ended up putting your own lock on it. Thankfully, we located your key to it were you stashed it in the house & we removed your lock our next trip down & put our lock on it. You were made aware of every single item messed up on our place because that's part of what drug this project out. Yes, we did add as I originally stated but not enough to prolong us getting access to the inside of our home to move in. Yes, a huge garage pad was poured but it was poured incorrectly. So if you're going to share things let's share the complete details. We will be finding out this weekend how your concrete oversight will mess up the plans for our garage. The defects you failed to catch as our "Contractor". You failed to do the job that we hired you to do which caused several issues for us to deal with. I have well over 100 pictures of what our $80,000+ got us. Oh, and you forgot to mention the money we paid you to pay the painter but you refused to pay him. He even told you were he wanted you to deposit that money. All of my statements can be backed up in text, Ring videos, etc. You know darn well we never approved a gray rock. Even per the contract you worked up & presented us to sign stated that any alterations to the contract had to be done via a Change Order & that texts would also constitute a change order. We NEVER signed a Change Order authorizing any color of rock other than white. We were very clear not only in person but in print we wanted white rock. You did tell us the Landscaper said it would be more & we approved the increase in cost for the white rock. We did NOT select standard close drawer slides because the contract you submitted to us stated they would be self-closing. You did not ever remove, repair and replace "an entire end of the home siding and trim". We have the same siding. You replaced a couple boards. However, a couple of boards does not equate to "an entire end of the home"! Your whole reply is an embellishment of the truth. "It was the contractor's responsibility to ensure the pad was graded to suitably level"? Yes, it was because here again you left off the detail that you had to fire your original landscaper because he literally destroyed our entire back yard & made a total mess of our south lot. You admitted it was on you for hiring him. So...yes, it was your responsibility as the contractor because he was one of YOUR subs. You state sub contractors would need access but you were hired as the contractor to over see the project which you brought in subs for. That's what we paid you the $ for! "Customer has made no notifications of any significant defects in workmanship..."? I have text after text after text on not just my phone but my husbands as well. You've even brought subs back to our home because of the defects. I have a plethora of pics I can share. You are correct that "additional charges were assessed based on additional work that was not in the original bid". And we paid them along the way when you requested. In fact, you even acknowledged we over paid the Contract cost in the amount of $10+. And we have cancelled checks as proof when we paid you earlier than contract designated & you know you told us "you needed to pay your guys." I could get more detailed but there's no need. I've said my piece. I've done my best to caution others with the a truthful review. I pray no other senior citizen or handicap folks give you the trust we blindly gave you. I pray you do not take advantage of anyone else. Maybe things would work out better for those who have time to micro-manage a contractor.

They…read moredid do a good job on first small project but since then hired them again and it has been a battle from start. Paid 1/2 up front so could buy materials, this was on Tuesday. Project was paint, make repairs, build new steps, and other smaller things to my house. Got money on Tuesday didn't come back till the next Monday with no supplies. Said since his business was 1 1/2 hour away from my house that would cut into working time. Remember he worked for me before at same place but now 3 hours driving time is factor in work time and purchasing supplies time. He rarely showed up before 11 am and left by 3 pm. He had to ask for more advance money because spent my money on truck repairs and so couldn't buy any paint. Already 2 weeks in so had to trust him or would loose $7000 and work barely done. The whole project was only supposed to be two weeks. Kept moving from one area to another never quite finishing an area. When got to painting chimney told us rotten. We agreed to additional $2800 to repair, replace, and make safe. Put it in writing too. His ideal of safe was to use particle board and pressed wood. When chimney man came to check told us would probably catch fire. When confronted him he was rude and argumentative so we asked him to finish what we had paid for and leave. We had luckily on paid $1400 on chimney so not out full amount of extra project but had already paid full amount in house repair. 5 days later came back to do this but only fixed couple things and left. We now have to pay someone to finish what we paid him for originally let alone the mess with chimney being unsafe. We have everything written out but can't afford to pursue in court because having to finish his leftovers. So beware of this business He is now harassing me with text messages.
