Power ratings and how few cars were in for repairs in their shop. The Legend was a great car with little repairs, only regular maintenance. Put 150,000 on that vehicle. In 2003 I traded it in for an MDX. Now 21 years later I still have it with 336,000 miles. At 240,000 miles I began to have parts fail (alternator, AC compressor, radiator, leaking o-rings, gaskets, rear main seal, heater core, suspension bushings and boots), which I've replaced. But the engine and transmission are still running well and the body and interior look great. Best car I've ever owned. I've been doing my own repairs and regular maintenance at home. MDXers.org with 90,700 members is a great site for DIYers who own MDX's. So I now need the Acura dealership for fluids, some parts and occasional service. The guys in the parts department, (Brayden and others), and the service department are always helpful and customer focused. Even though I'm not in the market for a new Acura or regularly use their service department, they still treat you with the same care and courtesy. When this 2003 MDX ever wears out, I'll be back for another MDX!

Good luck trying to reach anyone…read more I submitted a request through a few online car services. I was VERY interested in a particular car. There was one generic response and then... nothing. A few days later I try their online chat. "Someone will be in touch". Nothing. I debated calling, but at this point it feels like I'm having to chase them for a response. I'll take my business elsewhere.

After purchasing the car I found that after opening once the trunk did now work properly. Long story short I am not used to the lavish life, and come to find out that my 'Valet Lock' had been pressed. Mr. Taye Davis was my technician for the day and he explained everything well! He even understood this was my first time owning a luxury car. He explained things in a calm manor, and even gave examples and walked me through their troubleshooting process! The experience was nicer than what I expected, especially from my outlook of Luxury Car dealerships. I will admit I feel I am stopped based on appearances and not character, but that's most business. Thanks for your awesome commitment and nonjudgmental help Taye!

I accepted the price and said I'd like to purchase the car. I offered a deposit to hold the car while we did paper work but they refused and said "we don't want a deposit. We want you to buy it." I agreed to buy it right then and there. No negotiation or anything. I told him I'd be financing it or I could pay cash but it would take a day or two to transfer funds. I was assured financing was fine. They sent over forms to fill out and I filled them out immediately. The manager called me confirming my purchase and asking about california emissions. Minutes later I asked if there's anything else I could do. He said "send me your insurance info". I did, again immediately. Then 20 minutes later he sends a text saying the car sold to someone else. Not just anyone but to an in house person who paid all cash. So not only did they sell the car from underneath me but they sold it to someone in their "team." How is that not a conflict of interest??? He went on to say there's nothing he can do and the car is gone. This was a limited edition car that I've been dying to get for a long time and to say I'm devastated is an understatement. Bottom line, try to get a job here because they look after their own more than their customers!

Extremely disappointed with the service department at Subaru of Montgomery…read more I purchased a brand new vehicle and have dealt with repeated issues after routine service visits, including oil spilled throughout the engine bay, improperly rotated tires, scratched wheels, dashboard warning lights left on after service, and multiple failed paint repairs to my hood after it was damaged while in their care. I gave the dealership several opportunities to correct the problems. Though most of these problems have been resolved through multiple repeated visits and loss of time at work, my hood is still subpar. I also consulted independent body shops, all of which agreed the repairs were not handled properly. Even after multiple attempts, the hood still has visible defects and was returned to me from the dealer with the hood loose and missing half of the retaining nuts. The most disappointing part was being told by the service manager that I am "no longer welcome" because they "can't make me happy," simply for expecting proper repairs on a brand new vehicle. Multiple emails to the General Manager went unanswered. As someone who works professionally in the automotive industry, this was one of the worst dealership service experiences I've had.

They promised to fix issues with the car 4 months ago when I first purchased the vehicle-we told them what needed to be fixed before we left the lot. The temp gauge doesn't work at all and they said they would fix it. I took it up there just to be told 4 hours later they got a bad part. Went back again 2 months later and no one was at the office. It's shaking really bad (possibly motor mounts, or alignment not really sure about the shaking but it's pretty bad, the defrost doesn't work so every time it rains I have to pull over) when driving and the transmission is going out. I purchased the $2,000 warranty to cover the main parts on the car and they will not stand on it now. I've texted them at least once a week since with no response. I will never buy another car from them and I'll tell everyone that ever mentions them to steer clear of these crooks! I should've known by how disgusting the office was that if they can't even clean up and fix AC for their own employees, why in the world would they honor their word on this vehicle with a regular civilian.
