Power ratings and how few cars were in for repairs in their shop. The Legend was a great car with little repairs, only regular maintenance. Put 150,000 on that vehicle. In 2003 I traded it in for an MDX. Now 21 years later I still have it with 336,000 miles. At 240,000 miles I began to have parts fail (alternator, AC compressor, radiator, leaking o-rings, gaskets, rear main seal, heater core, suspension bushings and boots), which I've replaced. But the engine and transmission are still running well and the body and interior look great. Best car I've ever owned. I've been doing my own repairs and regular maintenance at home. MDXers.org with 90,700 members is a great site for DIYers who own MDX's. So I now need the Acura dealership for fluids, some parts and occasional service. The guys in the parts department, (Brayden and others), and the service department are always helpful and customer focused. Even though I'm not in the market for a new Acura or regularly use their service department, they still treat you with the same care and courtesy. When this 2003 MDX ever wears out, I'll be back for another MDX!

Good luck trying to reach anyone…read more I submitted a request through a few online car services. I was VERY interested in a particular car. There was one generic response and then... nothing. A few days later I try their online chat. "Someone will be in touch". Nothing. I debated calling, but at this point it feels like I'm having to chase them for a response. I'll take my business elsewhere.

This review is on the service not the technical support…read more I had a 90000 mile service for my Lexus 350. I scheduled the service for a Saturday because I work outside the city limits about 55 miles. My appointment was early and I was on time. The service is usually exceptional but this Saturday.....not so much. I sat for hours and I didn't get an update. I finally asked for a loaner after 3 hours of waiting. I asked for an update and it was an inconvenience to the staff. I wanted my car because I had an appointment to get to. I was told loaners aren't available on Saturday. When they finally was done, They were rushing me through the payment process by taking my payment in the lobby area. I was disappointed with the dealership and gave them a bad review in their own survey; no other forums. This was an expensive service. ....But the dealership responded to my survey. They apologized for my experience. They updated the website to reflect loaners on the weekends. They realized that the service was not adequate. Now should they have done more..... $800 dollars and four hours later.I am not sure. In a world where people deflect their responsibility they took ownership but what else should they have done? I am appreciative for their acknowledged shortcomings on that Saturday morning. I appreciate the update to the website reflecting the availability of loaners on the weekends. I still can't get my time back for that day or the opportunity I missed out on. But in saying all that, Ownership at the top is extremely important here. They didn't get it right but they wanted to acknowledge it and not hide it. So Thankful for that

7/3/2026 Took my GX460 in for oil change, alignment, tire balance and rotation…read more 7/4/2026 Drove vehicle at interstate speed (70+ mph) experienced a lot of vibration. Called the dealership, it was closed for the holidays so I left a message. 7/6/2026 Called dealership at 7:30 about vibration and was told to bring it in by 8:00. Took vehicle in and and informed them of the issue and that I suspected the issue was with the tire balance. Received at text/email that the tires were rebalanced and picked the car up at approximately 3:05. Was told by the sales advisor that the service manager drove it and ensured it was corrected. After picking up the car I got gas and took the interstate home and the vehicle was still vibrating. Called the dealership at 3:28 and was told by Kyle (I assume a receptionist) the service advisor that assisted me was not available to take my call nor was the service manager. Took my vehicle directly to Discount Tire and explained my situation. The service advisor was very nice and professional. I asked them to please check the balance and correct if needed. I also asked for pictures of the status of the balance as is before correcting. *** 2 of the tires were in balance *** 2 of the tired were NOT in balance ***All 4 tires had different tire pressures above recommendation Discount Tire made the corrections ( and dicounted the service) asked me to go drive it at interstate speeds and to bring it back if there were any issues. This is the 3rd time I have taken my car in for a balance and had to take it back. The pervious occasions it was corrected when returned. This time I chose not to take it back for a 3rd attempt to do a simple job that should have been done right the first time!!! This is the 4th less than satisfactory experience with the service department and MY LAST!!! Shout out to Discount Tire for your professionalism and excellent customer service!!! Lexus of Montgomery Service Department DO BETTER!!! Lexus in my opinion is the best car out and I have had zero issues with the vehicle beyond the 4 less than satisfactory service experiences at this dealership. I prefer to have my car serviced at the dealership but this dealership has lost my trust and confidence!!! ***This is not about money its about principle and customer service. The tires were recently purchased at Costco where I can get free rotation and balance. I made a choice to pay for service at the dealership because I was getting other services done and it was convenient so I thought....I was wrong!!!

They promised to fix issues with the car 4 months ago when I first purchased the vehicle-we told them what needed to be fixed before we left the lot. The temp gauge doesn't work at all and they said they would fix it. I took it up there just to be told 4 hours later they got a bad part. Went back again 2 months later and no one was at the office. It's shaking really bad (possibly motor mounts, or alignment not really sure about the shaking but it's pretty bad, the defrost doesn't work so every time it rains I have to pull over) when driving and the transmission is going out. I purchased the $2,000 warranty to cover the main parts on the car and they will not stand on it now. I've texted them at least once a week since with no response. I will never buy another car from them and I'll tell everyone that ever mentions them to steer clear of these crooks! I should've known by how disgusting the office was that if they can't even clean up and fix AC for their own employees, why in the world would they honor their word on this vehicle with a regular civilian. As is haha what a joke! These images attached show all messages between me and Christy over 4 months time.
