I have taken my Audi to have oil changes and get new tires here for approximately 100k miles. Tires are rotated every 10k miles or so. Even though they have a driver to carry you to work, I enjoy just hanging out in their lobby watching tv and drinking coffee. The business is family-owned and operated so they really care about their clients. Ask for Big Ryan. I never worry about them adding unneeded services or labor to my bill. read more

Last Thursday I made an appointment for today(Tuesday) to have my air conditioning system serviced. I took the car in as scheduled. They kept the vehicle all day, never so much as touching the thing.It was parked in exactly the place in the parking lot where I left it.They never called me, or expressed any real concern about the loss of time and inconvenience of not only me but the person who transported me back and forth to their shop. Their only excuse: we were working on other things. Their lack of professionalism is astounding. A lesson learned for me: These are not the caliber of people you want to deal with. A bad experience with a bad shop with employees who could care less. read more

I wish I could rate Sexton Tire a zero for Professionalism. I had been a customer for years taking both my vehicles a Convertible Mustang & Lexus RX330 to this business. I called back to let the owner (Ronnie Sexton) know that my key was broken by the technician that did my oil change on the Lexus, he just taped it up without informing me. He went off on me as if I had stolen something from his business. I could not believe that a business owner would dare speak to a customer in the manner he did. He raised his voice at me and said I brought the key in broken and they did me a favor by putting black tape on it... and then he hung up in my face. I never raised my voice at this man. So I called him back because in my mind, I was thinking surely Ronnie did not hang up on me. I called him back and he would not allow me to get a word in. Every time I opened my mouth to speak, he attempted to talk over me and he hung up on me once again. What he did not know is that I was NOT calling for a key replacement because anyone that has owned a Lexus for a number of years, knows that the plastic on the keys breaks. I wanted to just let him know that I should have been informed instead of just taping it up without acknowledging it to me. I contribute Ronnie Sexton's behavior toward me as Racism. I am a black female and feel that he would have never talked to anyone of the Caucasian persuasion in that manner. Ronnie Sexton lost a life long customer over a broken key that I was not even asking for him to replace. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. read more

Could not have been towed to a better mechanic. 3 hours from home had wheel hub bearings blow out as I exited I-65. Tow Guy recommended Sexton Tire Pros. I waited in my car overnight in the parking lot to save 65$ on motel. They took my Truck b4 opened at 645am. Driving away now at 9am. Totally transparent showed me exactly what needed fixing and why and also what problems are already starting to happen and I need to fix asap when have $$ after get home. The owner started when he 17 years old. Employs a disabled young man and his brother and several other good people that may not be doing so good if not able to work there. I knew it was a good place when regulars were stopping by to show the Owner Mr. Sexton upgrades to their vehicles & a few nice older gentleman long time customers were there just to chat and get coffee before work. 5 stars. read more

Kept vehicle for repairs for several days while handling smaller, easier and faster repairs first in order to work more customers, but in the meantime, I was without a vehicle for almost a week.
