I recently had a HydraFacial here and it was an excellent experience. From the start, Tamara was very thorough and professional. She asked thoughtful questions about my skin and explained the treatment so I knew what to expect. What stood out to me most was her technique and attention to detail. The exfoliation and extraction steps were done carefully and effectively, and she made sure my skin stayed comfortable throughout the entire treatment. My skin looked noticeably brighter and smoother right afterward, and it felt incredibly hydrated without any redness or irritation. You can tell she really cares about doing treatments properly and making sure clients get great results. The space itself was clean, relaxing, and very well run. A few times when I'd get break outs I thought of seeking help but the bad memories of my last facial person would stop me. This time my face was out of control, I felt those itchy swollen things coming all over...I am going through a lot of stress and I knew that nothing I could do would help. I was incredibly lucky to find Christine, she is gentle but totally effective, she showed genuine concern about my skin, her "magic" room is fully equipped, clean, and comfortable. I remember that most times I'd go get a facial I'd be nagged for not taking care of my skin the same way a cosmetician would; instead of that, Christine showed me sympathy and gave me thorough orientation. She also answered all my questions patiently. She didn't try to sell me into the products she uses (even though they felt amazing) instead she looked at my own skin care products and told me why they were good and if I should use them all. Her prices are very affordable despite her unquestionable professionalism and her establishment is nicer than some others I've been too. I left quite satisfied with my facial and with a promise to come back, as long as Christine is in Monterrey I'll have to come back to town to pay her a visit every once in a while.

I've had one of the most awful experiences ever. I went in to get lip filler by doctor lipman. The…read morefirst time I went and saw belle and it was great! I got a dental block and kiss filler and everything heeled and looked wonderful. I wanted another syringe and belle moved so I made arrangements with doctor lipman. I asked for a dental block and something went wrong. The next morning I was still numb and they kept telling me that it's normal. Well an additional day went by and I was still numb. Here we are a month later and my face is still numb and I can't make a proper kissy face and my lip goes to the side when I rub them together. I was told I had an allergic reaction which seems not right to me seeing as I had the same filler and dental block the second time and had no reaction the first time. The follow up has been awful too. I felt as if I was treated like another transaction. I just want to warn anyone who chooses to get filler because everything I've been going through has been really scary and the office is making me feel like they're not concerned at all. I think anyone else who can't feed there lips after a month would also be concerned and scared!
