She asked thoughtful questions about my skin and explained the treatment so I knew what to expect. What stood out to me most was her technique and attention to detail. The exfoliation and extraction steps were done carefully and effectively, and she made sure my skin stayed comfortable throughout the entire treatment. My skin looked noticeably brighter and smoother right afterward, and it felt incredibly hydrated without any redness or irritation. You can tell she really cares about doing treatments properly and making sure clients get great results. The space itself was clean, relaxing, and very well run. I've had experiences in the past with waxes feeling horrible or really painful but at this office there hasn't been any issues.
