I've been coming here for a little over a year and I'm so glad I found this spot! Used to go to chain waxing centers and I would always have irritated and sore skin. That's never the case here! Came here the other day for my first-ever waxing experience, which happened to be a Brazilian. Although I was nervous beforehand, it was overall a great experience! Jill is friendly and professional, and she keeps the experience from becoming awkward or uncomfortable. She chatted throughout the session, which helped keep me relaxed and distracted. The studio is cute, and decorated with a lot of small touches that help give it a unique style. Plus, it's very clean. The waxing room was comfortable, warm, and had music playing. Decided to go here after reading all the reviews. My pet peeve is lonely hairs after a waxing, but I read Jill is meticulous at getting every last hair. I have always been terrified of letting anyone touch my brows.
