Staff turnover seems high. I had a new hygienist a few months back who spent most of her time upselling products like Invisalign to me and when she wanted me to open my mouth more she hooked her fingers under my teeth and pulled as if I were a horse. I tried their Carmel office, and liked the hygienist, but she said she only worked there on and off and was not there regularly. The quality of this office has greatly declined, the main dentists seem to be absentee owners putting in little time. Recently, when I tried to call the main office, the phone was answered by an annoying AI that couldn't handle my request.

TIP: park in the front of the building and take the elevator up on floor. TIP The building is sit on a hill, so the main floor is actually floor number two. Valenti is on three. TIP: if you have an early appointment, the door may be locked so you will need to knock to advise them that you are waiting. FINAL TIP: You will be expected to pay 20% upfront for your care. This bite check is crucial. My former dentist just told me to tell him if it felt correct. Honestly, you can't tell by just how it feels to you, alone. You need the bite check on the paper. Dr. Raider also took an x ray before he glued it. This was not done ever with my former dentist. My daughter has gone to Dr. Raider for at least 15 years and everything has always been done perfectly. I am so thrilled that I now go there too. Making or changing appointments is easy.
