Every time we were given a completion date, it was pushed back again. Because of the repeated delays, we had to change sizes and adjust our plans multiple times just to keep our business opening on track. The delays directly affected the opening of our business. The entire process took over a month, and in the end, we did not even receive the product we originally wanted. We accepted an alternative only because we were told it was the only solution available. Despite all the delays and inconvenience, we never received an apology, nor were we offered any discount or compensation for the time and money we lost. The problems were not limited to the banners. Some of the other items were made in the wrong sizes, even though my husband personally visited and provided the exact measurements. We had to cut and modify some items ourselves, and one of our frames was damaged in the process, forcing us to purchase a replacement at our own expense. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication. Instead of proactively updating us, we constantly had to follow up and chase answers. Responses were slow, timelines kept changing, and there was very little accountability throughout the entire process. This experience cost us valuable time, money, and unnecessary stress during one of the most important periods of our business launch. If you are looking for a company that communicates well, meets deadlines, and takes responsibility for its mistakes, I would not recommend this business.

I emailed the agency and communicated everything to the agency reps, and in return they put a red flag on my name in their system. Now I can't get any other jobs through Robert Half (even though they still constantly send them to my email), among other issues that have come up due to this. I can't say I'm too impressed. I kept having to call to get updates on the progress of my…read morereturns. Then I got a call on Sunday, April 14 stating my returns were done and requesting payment for services. Obviously they were working at the last minute, which didn't make me feel very confident. It would have been more appropriate to give me a few days to look things over myself before submitting my returns. The only chance I had to do this was when I showed up the next day to sign my returns. With multiple state returns and real estate transactions, doing any review at that point was basically impossible. At that point I realized a mistake was made. I was due a refund for some withholding which they had not processed. I was told I hadn't submitted the withholding form to him to look at, but I know I did, and I know I talked to Ryan about this on our first meeting. Lastly, it would have been nice to have had the opportunity to direct deposit my refunds, which was not given me. Ultimately, I was left wondering why, after shelling out several hundred dollars for a professional return, I was the one who had to figure out the mistake. I will go back to doing my own returns from now on.
