I was flabbergasted at the refusal to work with me in scheduling a new patient appointment. They are in my network and it was so upsetting that I am now scheduled with an out of network office due to the willingness of the new office I chose to work with me in scheduling.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and I liked how they texted me the forms to fill out during the week leading up to the appointment. I therefore didn't need to arrive early, rather right at my appointment time. I had hygienist Liz and she was so friendly too. She was very informative, explaining everything she was doing and why as we went through the appointment. I had put in the form that I was potentially interested in whitening, so she shared all the information with me (you can do it at home or in office). They also had a welcome package and folder for me with a free toothbrush kit. When I left, everyone told me to say hi to my husband who'd just been in the week before. I was so surprised that they remembered his name and cared enough to bring it up. My teeth feel super clean and I feel relieved to have found a new dentist!

After the appointment, when it came time to pay, we were shocked to found out they wanted over $1,000.00 for the crown. I knew it sounded off and I started to question the receptionist about it. What I'm confused on is why they didn't give my husband or I before the appointment an estimate sheet. I've never had work done on my teeth without seeing a rough estimate after insurance how much it would cost. Due to inflation, finances for everyone is tough so to be told we had no choice but to pay the full amount for the appointment, I wasn't too happy. Went her for my first cleaning earlier this year after having some bad pst experiences at other dentist offices. This place has blown me away, the dentist is very knowledgeable and always there to help and make you feel at ease. My cleanings go so smoothly and they even offer tv in each room to watch while they work which is a nice break from what is going on. Had my first filling appt here of this year and it went amazingly as well. I was fearful at first after having not so skilled fillings done in the past few years but this one went flawlessly. She kept checking on my and her assistants are so kind and helpful too. I felt no pain, the numbing worked perfectly and the fillings were made to perfection, they even made them organically shaped like my original teeth, so no awkward smooth planes that feel weird against the tongue. This office is seriously awesome! go here if you want to receive the best service in the area by a staff that is well trained and truly cares about each experience you have here!
