She called ahead letting the staff know she has a gag reflex with stuff put in her mouth. She reiterated this with Tom. She has zero issues with our dentist. When it came time for the treatment Tom put a 'catch' in her mouth so nothing would go down her throat which caused her to gag. Tom's response? Oh stop that! WTF? It's a reflex. It's not controllable! It went downhill from there. Tom was very condescending towards her. Totally dismissive of her feelings. Showed no patient care. Spoke down to her like she was a child. He gloated over is 25 years of experience, and how no one has ever gaged under his procedure. Oddly, all of the staff apologized for his behavior when he wasn't around. Zero respect for Tom and his ability to administer patient care with compassion. His ego gets in the way. Avoid if you have *any* issues with dentistry.

Our 8 year old son has had major oral-motor and oral sensory issues since birth, and I never thought there would be a day where he would allow a dentist to go near his mouth, but Dr. Balaban has been his dentist since our son was 4, and has been amazing with him. Scheduling was a breeze - I was provided several different options, received a reminder text a week prior, and confirmation text the week of the appointment. They also verified my insurance and ensured everything was good to go for my appointment day. When arriving, they had all of my paperwork ready and I was taken back for service as soon as I finished. My hygienist, Missy, was very friendly and explained everything along the way. Dr. Worthington came in for the final check and she was great as well. She sat down and went over all of my X-rays in detail, explaining what she saw and sharing her recommended next steps. I appreciate when dentists do not encourage unnecessary treatment - I've had this experience before and truly appreciated Dr. Worthington's transparency. Great overall visit!

I was in for an evaluation in 4 weeks then 1 week later for the root canal. The team at the Noblesville office were welcoming and kind. Dr. Morretton came in after staff did their x-ray of tooth #4 and explained the planned treatment and numbing needed. He numbed the area before injecting the area in front and back of the tooth, felt pressure but no pain. He the did some drilling and locating the nerve canals, then did each root canal. Advised to take Tylenol 500 mg and ibuprofen 600 mg every 6 hours as needed for pain and start before the anesthetic wore off. Took Tylenol initially as had in the car and took naproxen 440 mg when I arrived home. No pain after the 1st dose of pain meds. Pleased with the care and results received.

However, an irritating molar turned into a giant infection, I had to go. My dentist referred me to Dr Warren. By the time I made it to his office it was necessary for me to begin taking antibiotics. The dreaded root canal procedure was scheduled and I sat in his chair with his friendly staff doing everything they could to comfort me including, holding my hand. The office is beautiful with big windows looking out to a pleasant pond. The procedure itself was incredibly fast and painless. I was offered laughing gas, and a mild sedation. My only complaint was Dr Warren doesn't do the crown after the root canal. He has a very gentle touch. I highly recommend. I had an emergency with my tooth on a Saturday. Dr Warren reached out and offered to meet me at his office at 8:00 PM Saturday night! I told him that it wasn't that important and instead I could meet in in the morning. He met me on Sunday morning at 8:30 AM! I don't know any doctors who do that. He goes way above and beyond and provides extraordinarily excellent care for his patients. I cannot express my gratitude or recommend him highly enough. Thank you Dr Warren and your kind staff. I am so very grateful.

Thankfully he went to school with Dr. Alvarez so I felt comfortable finally transitioning my care. In short - he's the best. Everyone on staff is so friendly and helpful. I know this seems like a small thing but they even answer the phone all the time. I've had to make many medical calls recently and being on hold for 20mn is commonplace. So answering a call is a big thing to me these days! Nan is my hygienist and she's just lovely. I am amazed how she remembers the little things and details in my life. She always asks after my travels and my family. So kind! This morning I had to get a filing and Dr. Alvarez just went above and beyond. He took such care when I got my shot for the anestesia. This was in the middle of the Covid19 pandemic and quarantine! Obviously, when I got to them I was in extreme pain. But I also was dealing with the added anxiety of the pandemic and quarantine and all of that on top of it. The staff were understanding, worked with me on some issues and questions that came up, and were all friendly. On top of that, it was one of the cleanest dental procedures I've ever had. I think of root canals as being scary and painful. They took care of it with no real lingering pain and in good comfort.
