Hubby and I walked in while waiting for our truck to be detailed. What an amazing vibe! It is decorated so beautifully. I especially loved the purple sitting area. I ordered a skinny latte and hubs a coffee. We also tried one of their brownies. The coffee was really good. The brownie was ok. we will definitely be back to try a sandwich as they looked interesting. It is a family run business so I always give extra credit! Everyone working was very nice. They have a rewards program and it is easy to sign up. Give this place a go...very relaxing

Dubai chocolate latte this was a special

Came here at the recommendation of my husband (he knows me so well). This place is super cute. Beautifully decorated, ample seating, wide menu selection, friendly staff. I had the prosciutto and burrata avocado toast and a coconut lemonade. Everything was delicious and fresh. I will definitely be back!

Came in while waiting for my car to be detailed at the carwash next door. (10% discount with your car wash receipt .) Really nice decor, an upscale Starbucks but with a full menu. Their Breakfast avocado toast......amazing! You won't find this anywhere else in the area- California maybe. Chai tea was also very good. Excellent service -counter- food was delivered to my table. The food was beautifully presented on a signature wooden cutting board instead of a boring plate. A little pricey but before you decide that Stuart can't support this, my toast was large enough for two or even three people to share. A welcome addition to the lukewarm food scene on US1.

Perfect reading spot or gorgeous wall for pics!

The Ambiance is so inviting and beautiful! Gorgeous details in the decor, including games to play and books to read! Their merch was decently priced and lots of food and drink options! We should've come hungry! Tried a few drinks and will definitely be back!

Great place to enjoy coffee and breakfast! Service is amazing and the interior design of the shop is so cute and cozy! I recommend their sweet treats and breakfast! Coffee is decent but can be a little too milky for me. I love their breakfast sandwiches and their shackucha!

Empanada Beef - MUST ORDER!!!! Soooo good!

Friendly customer service, it always nice to have some positive and genuine interaction early in the morning. They made great recommendations. I had the banana coconut loaf and it was moist and flavorful. The beef empanada was savory, bursting with flavor from the garlic and peppers. My caramel soy latte was really good too. I paid $18 before tip for three items. I think prices are very reasonable here.

Friendly staff and great food/coffee! We stopped in three days in a row while we were in town. We shared the Breakfast Avocado Toast one morning and it was delicious and was a generous serving. Don't pass on the opportunity to try this new spot!

I only gave my husband one bite and the mussels were too die for! We came back 8 months later and the mussels are still on point the crab and corn fritters aren't fritters they aren't all bread. They're more like fried crab cake balls and the tartar sauce is superb! My husband this time got the scampi shrimp of course .he is not a pasta person. He absolutely loved it. My vodka parm was also very good. ( I never get anyone's because I make it every Christmas Eve for 40 people and mine to me is hard to beat) my husband is less bias and loves the parm. This place is a gem that needs more attention! Their drinks are spectacular also great wait staff and owner is super interactive!

Mai Tiki is in Stuart, right by the Colorado Avenue Park. It's a medium size outdoor restaurant,…read moreattached to the Old Colorado Inn. It features a large bar and many top tables. There is no AC, it feels like you are in an outdoor tropical garden with a Tiki. The menu is limited, farm to table approach. It offers several appetizers and a few entrees. Tropical cocktails. My sister and I once a month meet for lunch, usually go to the other restaurants in the downtown area. This was a Saturday. The restaurant was pretty empty. We decided to try it, since it was new. It's off season for Florida. I like that it's away from traffic and close to the river, but not on the river. We ordered several appetizers, Tuna stack, it was good with toast on the side. I would have preferred wonton chips or tortilla chips. We also had the crab fritters, these were delicious and plentiful for two people and the Burrata salad. We wanted the Brussels sprouts, but they were out so the chef prepared Bok Choi instead. Equally delicious. We ordered an infused cucumber refreshing cocktail. The service was very good. The owner stopped by our table, to ask how we liked it. He was gracious and told us his story how he bought the placed and design a menu along with the Chef. That was a plus. They also have music for dinner. Parking is street. The Tram goes around and it will leave you at this restaurant from the large parking lot. Please note there's a green market on Sunday's so the parking lot is usually full.

Came to Stuart for a wedding and found this restaurant called Berry Fresh Cafe. I love a good diner…read moreso I was excited. Little did I know this was going to be, arguably, my FAVORITE DINER I've ever been to. Location: The spot itself is so nice. Smushed in between an IHOP and a Chinese Restaurant, Berry Fresh Cafe feels like a lighthouse-- a shinning light of amazing diner food you won't experience in other places. The restaurant has a very beautiful Grandma's house kind of vibe. It reminded me of going to my grandma's house as a kid. My favorite was the brick walls; very nice astehtic. Service: Tim was our server and he was literally the best! He was so kind and treated us like genuine family. He took the time to go over the menu and gave us great recommendations. A few other people actually brought our food and they were so kind as well! Overall, perfect service. Food: I'm going to say a controversial statement: I HATE GRITS AND DON'T LIKE HAM, buuuuuuuuut, I greatly enjoyed the ham and the grits were very good. Berry Fresh Cafe made me rethink what foods I despise. It was that good. The monstrosity that was the Rought Night Burger was everything that someone like me would love. My family got the Ultimate Breakfast Stackwich and they had nothing but great things to say. Also, their cinnamon rolls are heaven-sent. Crispy in the right places and soft in others. The food here was perfection incarnate. Price: I know prices are always a touchy subject, but this place could be a bazillion dollars and I would pay it GLADLY! Prices range from $11 - $20, which is normal for most diners these days, but again, the food was so good that I would pay it gladly. Cleanliness: Bathroom wasn't perfect, but it was definitely clean. The restaurant itself however was spotless. I get really picky when it come to clean tables --I despise sticky tables, and this place was great. My experience here is the classic example of a 5-star experience. I genuinely loved this place and will come back as soon as I can. See you tomorrow Berry Fresh Cafe PS. The place does have an 18% server charge, but they are very clear that it exists and I respect that. And service is so good that you'll want to leave more. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They had our table ready quickly, and we didn't even need a reservation for our party of seven, which was a nice surprise. It was one of those brunches where everything just hits right--great food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere.

When is La Grande not so Grande?…read more Been wanting to visit this classic restaurant in historic downtown Stuart since my move to Stuart. Tucked in the old Post Office Arcade building, its partially hidden walkway leading to the restaurant only adds to what lies ahead. As you enter you step into a world that speaks to a time of classic old world elegance. Antiques, elegant draping window coverings and a beautiful fountain at its center, this restaurant brings to mind what a dining experience was like in the nineteenth century. Unfortunately, the service and food sadly do not match the exquisite ambience. SERVICE : The service, or should I say lack of service was evident from our first step in the door. We waited for several minutes before anyone noticed we were standing there waiting. Once noticed, we explained that we had a 7 pm reservation which the hostess of course could not find. She scanned the restaurant (which was empty at the time) and told us she would see if she could find us a table. After several minutes we finally were seated. Another 15 minutes past before someone walked past and asked if we had been taken care of, which of course we had not. He assured us that he would get someone as soon as possible, which added another 10 minutes to our already extended wait. Eventually our "server" showed up. You'll note that I put the word server in quotes because this person was anything but a server. So as not to bore you with specifics, let's just say I have a problem calling someone a "server" who is totally incapable of serving! A person who doesn't understand "medium rare", who misses several ordered sides and charges us for dishes we never received clearly doesn't deserve the term "server". THE FOOD: There were three people in our party. For appetisers, we ordered the Martier Escargot which had a bitter taste because of the burned butter, the Blueberry Brie Crostini, which turned out to be the best dish of the evening was outstanding, and the potato goat cheese puffs were light and delightful. For our entree's, we ordered the Cedar Plank Salmon which was overcooked, dry and tasteless, the New Zealand Lamb Chasseur which was fine except for the missing asparagus (which our server assured us he would get back out and immediately forgot) and finally the 12 oz Prime New York Strip which was cooked well done instead of the medium rare requested. I do need to mention that the garlic risotto was fantastic, creamy and tasty. Unfortunately, we had to enjoy it at home as our server didn't bring it until we were completely done with our meals! As far as desserts go, after our 1 1/2 hour stay, we decided to forego any additional pain and accordingly skipped dessert. Finding our server throughout the night was a challenge of hide and seek and this includes getting our final bill which, as mentioned above, took three trips to get right! The Ambiance: This is an absolutely beautiful restaurant that cries for matching service and a creative efficient kitchen that produces dishes that represent their grand names. THE BOTTOM LINE: As with all my reviews, we come to what I like to call the "customer so what". Would I come back? The answer... as a walk through to see what elegant dining looked like in the 19th century... absolutely! Perhaps you could sit at the bar and enjoy a Manhattan but, to dine? The offerings, as mentioned, were a mixed bag but unless you're into the pain of some of the worst service you'll ever experience, absolutely not!

Unfortunately, we just missed happy hour, but we'll definitely plan better next time because the atmosphere alone makes it worth a return visit. We started with the tuna nachos and the spicy salmon roll, and both were delicious. The tuna nachos were fresh and flavorful, and the sushi was excellent. For my entrée, I ordered the Dijon-crusted cod with risotto and vegetables. While it was nicely prepared, I found it lacked a bit of flavor for my taste. We also enjoyed the burger, and the wings were okay. Overall, the food was good, the waterfront setting was fantastic, and the service was pleasant. I'd definitely come back, especially to check out happy hour and try a few more items from the menu.

We ordered calamari as an appetizer, but it arrived cold and at the same time as the main course. Unfortunately, the burger was also ice cold when it came out. To make matters worse, an automatic 18% tip was added to the bill, along with a 3.5% credit card convenience fee--completely unacceptable given the poor service and food quality. And if you want a slice of cheese on your burger, that's an extra $1 charge as well. Very slow service, cold food, and unexpected charges. This was our first visit and definitely our last. I would not recommend this place at all.
