Alligator meat was similar to chicken meat in taste, but its texture was more delicate and crumbly. It was almost melty! We loved it. Everything we ate was amazing. I would say that the flavors are definitely on the heavier side (such as adding quite a lot of BBQ sauce on the burger and a little bit too much black salt and banana peppers on the octopus) but other than that, I had an amazing meal.
