He is not very personable at all. Initially, he seemed to be professional and caring. But after several appointments he began to exhibit a demeaning attitude and only seems to care about getting paid. At one of my appointments he tried to perform three procedures that where not necessary or part of my plan. I still have problems with some of the work he performed on my mouth. Also, he would become very confrontational if I questioned or where not comfortable with a certain procedure. Avoid this Dental Office at all cost, especially if you are a Veteran. He does not appear to have your best interest at heart and is only concerned about getting paid. Totally, disappointed with Dr. Horner!

I always had great quality treatment since Montgomery Dentistry took over after the passing of DDM…read moreHallman. But Now I am greatly disappointed! In midyear 2023 they no longer accepted my insurance provider Cigna Dental. The only change for me was that MGM Dentistry moved from an in network provider to an Out of Network provider. Out of Network providers with Cigna Dental are still paid and I have a ZERO DEDUCTIBLE for two annual routine dental visits. After several requests to this group to file my claim correctly they have done nothing and continue to invoice me $250 plus for a cleaning that clearly is a ZERO deductible to me. To further complicate and inconvenience me is that MD is in the middle of replacing a warranted crown that I paid in full. The crown procedure cracked my tooth root and two months later I am paying an Oral Surgeon to extract the tooth and prepare my jaw for an implant. However I remain in limbo since MD can't get my coverage straight. I never asked for this situation and I feel MD has dropped the ball and is unwilling to take the task to manage a transition in insurance coverage created by their action.
