Omg Terrible experience They got changed for money I posted a good review for my experience BUT I want to say Horrible. Got my exam and they recommended me to get deep cleaning ( not a regular cleaning ) With my insurance coverage with 100% After double check with my insurance company And make sure with no extra, hidden fee. Just paid initially $50 as usual. They convinced me to get deep scaling (no idea for a dental term) and signed up treatment plan and paid out in advance before get done. It took me 2days and got several num shots Felt like a surgery. Yes it's a surgery And spent 2days in dentist office. Their policy is checking up with insu company 1st and collecting payment 2nd. after these 2 steps done, I could get treatment after all. Was July. Now September, I got a bill from this dentist office With huge amount balance. Almost $600 as much as. Who else can get that treatment if they convince to get done with insurance ? I can't . Charge me for my deep cleaning fee. What a big fraud and skimming for a patient ~~~ That treatment was not my will but dentist's convincing. I call up and talk to the girl in charge but Answer is I have to talk to billing dept and Couldn't reach to person. Just answering machine. What a night mare. Worst dental experience in my life ever. Since the day 15 years ago my root canal was done it has bothered me. I was always told they didn't see anything wrong or it might be an infection but not really sure "call me if you're in extreme pain". Well, I started having pain on another tooth. My friend recommended I call and I'm so glad I did. The office got me in within the hour. They were busy but they made it work. Long story short Dr Fry listened to me. Looked a little closer and found an infection in this old root canal. He even adjusted my bite on the crown. The 2nd issue that had been dismissed for years he found on his own and fixed it in under 2 min. Rasheda assisted him and did a cleaning for me after. Probably the best cleaning I've ever had. Quick, fun conversation, didn't stab the crap out of me. Didn't think this experience could get better. Today his daughter Dr Katie Fry worked on fixing the old root canal and Kirsten assisted. I was laughing through my entire root canal! They are awesome!! I'm terrified of needles (injections), Dr Katie did an amazing job, didn't even realize the needle was in my mouth until she was taking it out. I've never had such a great experience and so much fun at the dentist. I'll never go anywhere else!! read more

While in the area on business, one side of my retainer popped off. I called SmileMakers and was seen within 45 minutes of my call. That included travel time to get there! They staff was extremely professional and courteous! I was greeted and provided a brief tour of their facility. Everyone was nice & I can tell that they operate as a family not just a business. What really took the cake was the fact that they had massage/heated chairs! I've never been to any clinic that offered that...only nail salons! Not only did they have flatscreens with a menu of services they'd be providing during the visit, they had another one on the ceiling for you to watch tv should you choose to instead of feeling awkward not knowing whether to close your eyes or look at them. I really appreciated the fact that they were able to get me in so quickly and respect my privacy/concern all while providing excellent customer service! read more

I just wanted to take a moment and share about the amazing experience my daughter and I had at Smile Makers. First let me share the facility is amazing in terms of the environment and staff who are pleasant and very professional. My daughter who is 14 felt comfortable and really excited for the next few visits - and that's not the norm for her concerning going to the dentist. Kirsten Cody was so wonderful with my daughter. She made her feel great about the experience. Kirsten is pleasant and expressed many times that she wanted us to be pleased with their services. I could tell she genuinely meant what she was saying. My daughter absolutely loves Kirsten! Dr. Barganier was very thorough with our intro and consultation and the final results of my daughter's crown is beyond our expectation. I can not recommend Smile Makers enough! I was in excruciating pain, and no one else could see me for a few days. They got me in immediately and fixed my problem as soon as possible. I had the pleasure of having Kirsten as my dental assistant. She is wonderful. She was very comforting and sweet and helped make me as comfortable as possible. She called to check on me with genuine concern. Dr. Barganier worked quickly, gently, and with care and compassion. I was extremely nervous coming into the office. I knew my broken tooth was likely beyond repair and unfortunately that was the case but Nicole and Dr. Fry made me feel at ease. Nicole was sure to make me as comfortable as she could before seeing Dr. Fry. She turned on my chair to massage mode, brought me a nice plush blanket and even cracked a few jokes with me. Her sprit was so bright I was greatful to have her by my side. Dr. Fry was so gentle and imsured I wasn't in any pain. My first time visiting here was outstanding. The staff is very friendly and inviting. Trish gave me a tour of the office. She was very friendly, and explained everything to me. She offered me water on down to lip balm if needed to make me feel comfortable. Rasheeda cleaned my teeth she was very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me. She was forward, and straight to the point. (I like that I don't need all the extra details) She made me feel comfortable as well. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Everyone is so nice! From the minute I walk in, they're so helpful and eager to make sure I'm comfortable! All the doctors are thoughtful in their approach to my care! I've been a patient of Dr Frye for many years. He's always been an excellent dentist who sincerely cares about his patients. Absolutely top-notch. Very flexible with my changing schedule. Needed a tooth pulled, and set up for an implant, which is typically a 4-6 month process and 3 or more visits. Dr Fry was able to pull the tooth and do the implant in the same session (which isn't always possible), saving about 2-3 months in the overall time (and likely a lot of money). And most amazingly, he called the next night to see how I was doing. A dentist called to follow-up! Not one of his staff...him personally. read more

Every aspect of my visit went smoothly. I was welcomed as a new patient by Felicia, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. My consultant even got me set up to go rest and come back later for a cap. Both Chelsea and Dr. Lee fixed me up and had me out the door in about an hour. Amazing customer service! Kirsten Cody and Dr Fry were incredibly sweet. They offer blankets, massage chairs, coffee, orange juice, water, and ensure that you are always comfortable the entire time that you're there. Never received such great hospitality anywhere else.
