He then installed my hard drive into the replacement machine. When he was finished it was BETTER than then before! The screen was "mirror clear," no scratches, the speakers worked again and the mouse pad was smooth! FYI: shortly after 2015 many laptop developers did away with hard drives in order to migrate users to "the Cloud," thus creating customers billed monthly for back-up data storage. Dave then undercharged me for his time and effort scouring the country for the perfect replacement device. Sorry, folks, I encouraged him to charge a little more for his time. I'm glad I found Dave in Delaware, and didn't go into Powell or Columbus. The service here is excellent!

This guy is awesome! He has fixed so many of my families products that we would have had to have…read morereplaced otherwise with the prices of other places. (Sometimes it is cheaper to just buy new). He is upfront and honest, does a good job and is very reasonable. I would recommend his services to anyone!!
