My wife went…read morein for a routine cleaning, and instead the hygienist told her that she needed a $2800 'deep cleaning' due to mild periodontal disease. She also told my wife unless she agreed to that, that she could no longer be a patient there. The Dr. (Vong) just passively did nothing (though apparently he noted 'agree with plan' in the notes, which probably avoids there being a dental board complaint since clearly the hygienist is practicing outside her scope). After an initial complaint they so kindly agreed to waive the co-pay (which should have included a cleaning). They still submitted the rest of the visit for insurance coverage. They tried to walk it back and say she could go back for a cleaning, but I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. We disputed with our insurance, but it seems nothing happened there. Now we will be on the hook for what should be a covered service, since you can't just go to another office and get a cleaning only without exam, etc. (especially as a new patient). This is a corporate office meant to make a profit for the owners, they have no interest in taking care of patients. They can reply all they want, this review is staying up as a warning.

This man allowed his personal bias to prevent him from upholding his hippocratic oath. He is rude and disrespectful. I can not stress enough that oral surgery is a big deal. If there are any complications for any medications administered during the procedure they do not wait to see if there are any adverse reactions. This is supposed to be medical care, any PCP that gives you a shot makes you wait at least 10 to 15 minutes if not longer to make sure you're ok. If you are looking for friendly medical/dental staff who actually care I would suggest another provider, you won't find it here. The customer/patient service was terrible on top of all of that. I had my upper…read moreteeth removed for dentures and no help or information was provided to me for care and healing of my mouth after the denture was seated in place. I wasn't told if and when the denture could be removed, if I should rinse or care for my mouth, when I should resume my regular medications, nothing. I wasn't told provided a pamphlet that would have been helpful had I had implants or no dentures at all. But nothing on what to do after the denture was placed. I did get help from my regular dentist who made the dentures and who I will be working with, but nothing from the people who remove my teeth and pushed me out the door. I only gave them a 3 stars because they were very professional in contacting my insurance company and collect the balance due from me before the surgery. They were efficient in medical monitoring and I don't think I have anything negative on the prep for surgery. It's the aftercare and lack of aftercare and instructions that makes me mad. And the 4 phone calls I made and leaving a message that I was "pissed" before they called me back.

Upon scheduling my wisdom teeth surgery, I was instructed I must come in for a consultation. We scheduled the consultation​ and I asked if I could go ahead and get my surgery on the books. They were more than happy to pencil me in for the day before Thanksgiving. My consultation was quick, helpful, and comfortable. The surgery was as good as surgery can be! I was very emotional and scared but I knew I was in great hands. The bedside manner was everything I could have asked for and more! The recovery was okay but I did have to come back in and see Dr. Crowley the following week. Twice actually. Both times I saw him that week, he was reassuring and kind as ever. The ladies in this office are remarkable. They are knowledgeable, detail oriented, sweet, and efficient. Dr. Crowley is nothing short of that either. May I mention just how experienced​ he is. He actually took my stepdad's wisdom teeth out 30 years ago - a hoot! I really cannot speak any more​ highly of Dr. Crowley and his team!

I went back after leaving the office because I felt like I was having trouble breathing, they monitored my oxygen levels and made sure I was doing ok before sending me on my way. VA was ok with extraction that day but dentist was a part time dumbass and sent me home in pain. So I just found another provider from the VA. You don't get to send me home and then say oops! I have pain and it's more than the tooth it's called compassion and reality. I don't have time for dumbasses that don't care. I even offered cash but it wasn't enough .
