    This was my 3rd and biggest move.... Thank you for a fantastic moving experience. Owner Walley came over and gave me a very fair estimate. The next day, boxes and bubble wrap arrived. Angela followed up to make sure I didn't need an more supplies. I packed myself to save as much money as I could. On 9-9-22 my Big Moving Day. Brent who was in charge of my move as well as Seth and Daniel. All three guys worked as a fantastic team and moved everything out of my old house. Truck filled, moved to the new house. It was so smooth. I was asked where each box should go. I felt the men cared about my personal items and moved everything to the correct rooms... WOW!     I was impressed within the first phone call. I scheduled a free estimate after I knew my closing date of my new home purchase. The owner, Rob Carney, was very flexible with his schedule and came onsite the next morning. He showed up on time taking detailed notes as I gave him a mini tour to fully understand the scope of the 2 floor, 4 bedroom 3 bath house I was moving from in Sparks. Rob had a friendly demeanor making small talk about my London artwork. I felt zero pressure with Rob in my house and it was like catching up with an extended relative. I learned he's been in the moving business for decades with his shop near Victorian Square. My neighbor later told me her company used Carney's Full Service Movers for their Sparks office move with a great experience. The onsite estimate took ten minutes and he had a general understanding of the scope. He wrote up a formal estimation of 40 pieces of furniture, table chairs and approximately 100 boxes with an estimated load/drive/unload/drive time of ten hours with 2 trucks and 5 guys. Estimate assumes all is packed; however, I learned they'll do the packing for you at a cost. They charge you from the time they leave their dock to the time they returned at $272.40 per hour. I was happy to have it all in writing and know they only take payment (check) AFTER the move is completed. The quote was all inclusive and no up charging for stairs. I did my due diligence after the visit. I checked out the Better Business Bureau - clean! I checked out their license and insurance from the CPCN through the Nevada Transportation Authority and the Department of Transportation and everything was validated. I scheduled my move couple weeks after my closing date knowing it could potentially change during the home buying process. I was also concerned about the potential for snowy weather moving in December as well. I explained this when I called back to make my moving appointment and they did a great job assuring me not a problem and they were flexible. They didn't charge me anything to hold my reservation. Within a few weeks of the reserved move date, we decided to move it up one week since our homebuying process was on schedule. I called Carney's Full Service and they were happy to change my move date with no problem! We touched base a couple business days before the move date to confirm everything was a go for a 7:30am move. Moving day! Two large trucks, one with a hydraulic lift, and a five man crew showed up as scheduled. We prepared for this a month in advance by buying quality boxes from The Home Depot, box labels (bathroom, bedroom 1, etc. - from Amazon) and had all of our boxes (est 100) staged near the front door. I was impressed how fast they loaded those boxes into the truck using moving dollys. Remember, time is money! Prepare...prepare...prepare! I was impressed how they brought enough moving blankets, tape, for each article of furniture, including each chair, wrapped them up and loaded into the truck. They all moved with a sense of urgency and purpose working harmoniously as a team. I asked if they needed anything from me during the move and was told to kick back and enjoy a cup of coffee! They had my 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, two floor 2200 sq. ft. house with backyard patio items on the truck less than 3 hours! They drove one hour to the new address and did a mini tour of the new empty house to understand where things were going. I assumed all the boxes would just end up in the garage and I'd spend weeks digging out. Wrong. They delivered boxes to each assigned room from the labels we placed on the moving boxes. They worked with us onsite to make sure items were going into the right spot. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They had a blue carpet runner from the door that rolled out to ensure the carpet stayed clean. Five guys unloaded two trucks faster than I could finish lunch. They were all fast and efficient working together. Nobody was slacking! Before they left, they wanted me to look inside the trucks making sure nothing was left behind. They also wanted to know if anything needed to be rearranged to my liking. Everything looked great! They were done by 2pm! The best news that it was hours under estimated time and saved me a lot of money. I gave them each a cash tip (I planned on it before learning the total). Wrote them a check, signed off on the paperwork (copy provided) and they were off. I'd use them and refer to anyone looking for professionals at a great value.

    Just had Carney's finished a moving job for me. Suppose to have 3 guys came over but only 2 guys came, but they did adjust it to a lower rate and these guys did a good job moving too, they finished the job within a reasonable time(3 hours), and so far I haven't seen any expensive item being broken but I do need to check them tonight one by one since I haven't get the time to do it ue I was so happy with them until I went back to my old apt and found two damages to the wall and the baseboard. I will contact them tomorrow morning to see how they wanna solve this and I will give u guy's an update. Update: I called in the morning to explain the situation and the girl on the phone told me she is going to communicate with the owner, for which then he called me personally a few hours later, I won't disclose the detail of the convo, but I told him the reason I didn't watch/ supervise the whole moving process without blinking my eyes is because my friend hired them just 2 weeks ago for a moving, and he told me their price is right and although they did some damages to his house but they were willing to fix it( Although my friend watch the whole moving process so he was able to point out the damage right away on the spot unlike me had to find out the hard way after they are gone.), the owner agreed to sent a repair man to repair the damages the same day( within a few hours), the repair man told me the crack on the wall as well as the baseboard can only be masked, it can't go back to perfect condition, he can only mask it with the paint and make it for ppl hard to spot it. I don't know the result yet, because he told me I gotta wait for the paint to dry and the paint will match the color then, because at the moment right after he was one I said it looked lighter than the clot of the wall. Anyway, I already gave the apt key back to the leasing office, I guess I'll never be able to know the result without having to wait for apt office to call me and tell me how much and why they deducted my deposit. No furniture or glassware was broken, although white furnitures can have black oil marks on them for some reason. If I were u I'll wrap ur door with protect cushion, and watch them the whole time, it's better to point out the damage as they made it on the spot. Update June 6th: So.... yesterday afternoon the desk they disassembled and reassembled for me collapsed. My $2000+ iMac smashed to the floor and screen is cracked, I am not even bothered to contact the owner now, because I know they won't take responsibility. I am lucky because I bought AppleCare+ so it'll only takes $99 to replace the whole screen. Please see my newly updated pictures for what happened. The screws weren't screwed all the way in, one connection( This table is L shape, so you have to connect 3 pieces together) was connected in the wrong way which has resulted this incident. Normally I will give this a one star for sure, but... I got soft hearted for this business because one of the mover cut his finger with a knife but still put it through the whole moving process. So yea, I give it a 2 star. And I'll might use this place again for my future move because the price is right, BUT!!!!!!! I'll ask some of my friends to come over to watch them like a hawk while they work and putting things together. Conclusion: I think the employees and the owner are good people by heart, but the lack of caring in details when moving is a FATAL flaw.

In our younger days we would have moved it ourselves, But we're in our 60's now and thought we should hire someone to move it for us especially since it had to be tipped back pretty far to get it out of the front garage. I spoke to David to set up the move. He and I agreed to a price and a couple of other items that I wanted moved. We set a day and time. He called me the day before to confirm the day and time. Then on the day we'd agreed to he called early and asked if he could send his guys over early to move the Vino Temp. I agreed to have them come over early. The guys moved the Veno Temp, a couch and chair very quickly and efficiently. They did a great job!! I highly recommend using them. Very professional and personable as well! I will use them in the future if we have any moving needs.

There were no surprises and both Ben and Dave called the day of the move to make sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. The crew of 4 that showed up were a pleasure to work with as well. They were all very kind and professional and you could tell that even though they were working hard doing something not many enjoy doing, they made the most of it and had fun with it. It is always a hit and miss when you open up a truck after driving it almost 1000 miles but when I opened the truck up at the end of my trip, everything was still exactly where they placed it! I made sure I had plenty of blankets, plastic wrap, ratchet straps, etc so that they were not short anything and they used a lot of what I had there which I was thankful for. Will for sure use them again when and if we have anything else to move around.

Two of them in particular, Torin and Markus, worked really really well together and made this whole move super easy for me. One…read moremover KEVIN broke my clients 50 year Ethan Allen Armoire not working well with his co-worker. Then he put my clients tv in her truck with no kind of protection & she said if he could place something or wrap it but unfortunately he decided to disrespect her! Then the owner came to rectify the shitty job Kevin was doing as my client was beyond worried for the rest of the items and he decided to change the rate and not wanting to unload until paid. Once paid at unload he decided to not provide my client his INSURANCE as he stated that HE WAS INSURED! Now he insists that I have to pay for the repair also but as stated above HIS MOVER (KEVIN) was the one who unprofessionally broke the armoire placing on a 4 wheeler with not even wrapping it. So disappointed that I even referred these guys to her as I have worked with my client before with previous move and she had nothing but good things to say. Will NEVER REFER TO ANY OF MY CLIENTS EVER AGAIN! That's not how you conduct business if your business is at fault take the loss and provide your insurance especially if you are moving heavy duty expensive piece of furniture! Also they did show up with only a little bit of shrink wrap and only wrapped one piece out of the whole move. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU HIRE BEFORE BOOKING YOUR MOVE!!! One last thing I had helped the owner (BRANDON BROWN) find someone to fix it and he refuses.Out of 10 year working in the moving industry never heard of the referral/or client paying for damage that your own company did with your workers!
